Great spot to get some work done while my son is in tutoring at studyville close by. Great coffee, very clean and the service was exceptional. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 on atmosphere is bc of how cold it was. I joked with the barista that I was the only one in there and everyone else was getting theirs to go bc of how cold it was. She said it's hard to keep a good temp bc its hot with the machines running, which I 100% get, but burrrrr!I'll definitely be back and it's not a huge deal, but a push up of a degree or 2 would be amazing. Lol...Overall VERY pleased!

I gave a 4 star rating because they don’t offer the coffee cup sleeves on all the hot items which is where they’re needed . I had to ask for it ,they gave it to me but I shouldn’t have to ask , common sense , the hot items is where the sleeves are needed. You pay 6 or 7 bucks for coffee and have to beg for a sleeve. Shame on Starbucks.

This has to be the absolute WORST Starbucks in the city of Baton Rouge. Service seems to be on spaz at all times. Right now my order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. The color is clear they do not follow company standards. I have to stop coming here for the convenience of location because the angst of service is far greater than the benefit of proximity. Sandwich was ready on time which meant cold food if waiting for my drink. Epic disappointment!

12 stevia packets! I ordered multiple drinks from mobile app so I wanted extra packets to add myself. I guess it’s my mistake for assuming they would be on the side but come on! Threw out the entire order.

Store was not busy …received my cappuccino in 5 minutes but took 30 minutes to heat a bagel. After inquiring 3 times - Worker mentioned she didn’t have time to get to it yet…Not very nice about it

Music is always too loud, people come there to focus and study but cannot get away from music. The speakers are installed in every corner and there is no place without it. You cannot study outside since there are no outlets.

I waited an hour for me and my girlfriend's coffee, these imbeciles don't look twice at the orders they get, we bought two coffees and the first one came out in 10 mins. The second one I had to go ask 3 times where it was and finally they asked what we ordered(admitting they had no clue what we ordered). They did the same thing to our friends that was with us. They need to get their stuff together, it was literally embarrassing how long it took. If you want good coffee go to Rev. it's three mins from there.

I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order which was a single drink. I had multiple people around me who had ordered after me get their drink before me. I paid $4 worth of extras in my coffee and they didn't have anything of which I added. which means I paid four dollars to get nothing and they didn't offer anything in compensation, nor apologize for the wait, for the missing ingredients, and the waste of money.
