The service, atmosphere, and selection of retail products and was wonderful. My daughter and I got our favorite drink, a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. I immediately thought it tasted different than other locations. She said it tasted stronger to her, as in more flavoring. I agreed. An hour later we are both nauseated. I don’t know if the extra flavor did it or if one of the ingredients was past it’s shelf life and caused the change in flavor.

Absolutely disgusting coffee. I ordered a simple iced latte and I received a burnt tasting disgrace. I looked at the bottom of my drink and I see espresso grinds scattered about. I am a former barista so I know how coffee is supposed to be made and a burnt taste means it’s an old espresso shot. I know the workers aren’t paid a premium to care , but I can’t justify spending my money on sub par coffee. I’ll just make my own coffee at home from now on.

?? This is the crappiest Starbucks I've ever visited, and I went inside!I was not the only one to have a bad experience, so did the lady in front of me...The staff Is only worried about taking orders & getting a tip and not caring about the customers afterwards.... if they get their orders.The staff was too busy eating rather than making sure if people got their orders after they paid. The Staff here legit sucks!! Thanks I WON'T be back to this location & neither will my software development team.

I understand starbuck is usually busy but it still doesn't give you the right to ignore orders from customers standing right in front of you during their time to order. During the order taking process she kept ignoring us while we are ordering and making us repeat our order time and time again. At the time of payment, my wife already gave her the cash but after ignoring us again for about 5 - 10 second she asked us to press skip for rewards on the keypad and told us to insert our card for payment.... while holding our cash payment in hand.... she was absolutely useless in providing service and is absolutely incompetent to be taking order and collecting payment. You would think that's the end of our little incident right??? I wish... usually when someone order a cookie, muffin, cake pop, etc. They would get it almost immediately after payment due to being right next to the checkout counter... if we didn't mentioned that we didn't get our cake pop yet then we might not even have gotten them. Two out of our three drinks was incorrect... ice black tea extra sweet turnt out to be less sweet.... Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino less sweet was made extra sweet.... I mean come on.... absolutely horrible service and product, I recommend getting your coffee fix elsewhere

Online it says that the store closes at 8:00pm. I made it there around 7:30pm to be told by another customer that the store was closed. There were two employees and neither one of them greeted me. I made a blank trip for nothing because they decided to close early.

I have been going to this Starbucks for over a year and have never had a good experience. The minimum amount of wait time is 25 minutes for one coffee. I recently placed an online order. I received one drink after waiting 20 minutes then had to wait another 10 minutes for a second drink after being asked, which was made incorrectly. I will not be giving them my business anymore.
