BEST location hands down in Baton Rouge and wouldn’t doubt the state. I’m a die hard lover for Starbucks and I’ve been to several locations. After moving to the area this is my GO TO. Staff is amazing, sweet, and professional. I refuse to go anywhere else. Don’t get me started on the drinks. They’re AMAZING. They are lucky to have the best barista “Bella” in America. She makes the drinks so good I use to stop by once a day now I’m stopping by twice a day! Love this location. This isn’t a paid review , I’m just a person that’s addicted to coffee.

You I was from out of town. And I came here 3 days in a row, before work. I went through the drive-thru all 3 days. 2 of the days I ordered my coffee pulled around to the window. The young lady did not know what I had ordered because she was doing multiple things at one time. I understood that she was busy but if you're working the window. Then work the window. She had too much on her plate so I think this location should hire more staff or train them more

Chelsea is absolutely amazing! She even asked me my name for my cup, even though my friend ordered my drink for me! So sweet! And everyone is so welcoming!
Refused to put extra Carmel in my drink
How cold does coffee have to be served?? In my last three visits to this location, the coffee (fresh??) was served cold or at best, lukewarm warm. The slice of bread, that I didn’t ask to be warmed, was warmer than the coffee. I know of several competitors that serve HOT coffee.

I’m leaving this review for Malik & Chad at the Airline & Antioch location (store # 29618). My mother and I were in there a couple times this week and my mom has a coffee order w/SEVERAL steps to making it. We’re usually met w/eye rolls and heavy sighs when we order. Malik & Chad were angels. They took our order w/zero disdain. They even tried to remake it once(w/o us even mentioning anything) because they forgot the whipped cream. Those two young men have made this location our favorite (and my mom buys LOTS of Starbucks, coffe and cups) that we will always visit each time we get Starbucks. I’ve never left a review before because I’ve never had a barista make my mom’s coffee without attitude. That’s how much we appreciate Malik & Chad. They didn’t treat us like a nuisance, they were friendly, personable and happy. They made us feel welcome and that our time and order (and the money we spend here) mattered. Starbucks, YOU should have Malik & Chad train employees on a corporate level because they’re it. They have it. Thank you Malik & Chad for giving us faith in friendly service again. A & D

I love Starbucks. My favorites are Carmel Macchiato, Vanilla Latte and Strawberry Creme FrappeChino. Love their small vanilla scones. I have never had a grumpy barista.

Great spot but the music is uncomfortably loud the majority of the time (and I'm a regular). It's a problem when headphones can't drown it out. My neighborhood spot, and otherwise wonderful, but I'm not trying to go clubbing at 7 am.
That is my go to place on Thursdays?

20240329 The barista at the drive thru was so nice. He saw my pups and asked if I wanted a couple of pup cups. The honey citrus mint tea tasted great!

Idk what has happening in the last weeks there but twice this week I have ordered online, been in line in less time than estimated for my order to be ready, today I sat in the line for 17 minutes, and both times my food was cold. And not like it had been sitting too long but like there is something wrong with their oven or they aren’t cooking it properly. It’s annoying to eat a mushy feeling sandwich when the bread doesn’t even feel toasted like normal. Then when I went back the first time to tell them, they didn’t have the same food to replace it, replaced it with a cheaper item, and did nothing to rectify it being cheaper. I didn’t even try today because the person Wednesday was kinda rude when I came back through. Discourages me from using that location again. There are four others on my way to work daily
