By far the worst Starbucks in Baton Rouge, always have a line , move slow. No way I should be in the drive thru line for 20 minutes literally my order is always messed up. Order ice coffee it’s warm in water down. Just gone stop wasting my money in find a new Starbucks! Over it!! Gave them multiple tries.

This location is very slow and unorganized if you go inside to order. Drive thru is normally pretty fast.

I was in the drive thru and placed my order. Two cars in front of me pulled out of the line. We have been waiting awhile. They don’t ask my name for the order and he didn’t say his name. By the time I got to the window, and the young lady said the order and I replied that it wasn’t what I ordered. I told here two cars pulled out . They were deeply confused. I told her what I ordered and she asked the manager Chris to help her this the cash register. Then he came to the window . I asked him what the problem was since I told the young lady what I ordered dude your in the weeds you got to keep pushing bro . He said he felt disrespected by me saying that and wanted to fight it was the most ridiculous thing ever had happened while try get what I ordered . It’s obvious that this young man can’t handle the stress of six or seven cars in the drive thru and by no means be leading any team. Personally I’ve been in the hospitality industry for nearly 30 years. I was trying to instill in this young man that times like this you need to suck it up and push yourself through it. But he cracked under the pressure. Probably needs to find a job not in the hospitality industry

I went to a starbucks for the first time in my life only because my uncle got me a giftcard. I get to the window and the man refused to take the starbucks app and made me feel bad about not wanting to pay with another method. Will never be back.
