I went to a starbucks for the first time in my life only because my uncle got me a giftcard. I get to the window and the man refused to take the starbucks app and made me feel bad about not wanting to pay with another method. Will never be back.

I used to enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but lately the atmosphere has completely changed. The management at this location creates a negative environment that's hard to ignore. While waiting for my drink, I even witnessed a manager (a Black woman who speaks very slowly so I definitely heard her) cursing at an employee in front of customers, which was incredibly unprofessional.
It's also disappointing to see that they recently let go of one of the most hardworking and positive employees they had. This particular employee used to make my chai latte exactly how I liked it and always gave me awesome recommendations for drinks I can try. It's clear that this location does not prioritize treating their staff with respect, and that reflects in the overall customer experience.
Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until there are major changes.

Very disappointed with this location. Messed up my order. It was not made with oat milk, very watery, and coffee tasted bitter.

As a representative of LDH/OPH, I regret to inform you that this establishment will receive a low rating due to the unprofessional and substandard SERVICE I experienced this evening.

My family and I attempted to order three "Medicine Ball" beverages, but during the process, an employee—mistakenly believing their microphone was muted—audibly remarked, "OMG, tell them we don’t have it." This comment was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. Subsequently, we were informed they only had enough ingredients to prepare one beverage.

Such behavior falls far below the level of professionalism and courtesy expected from a reputable establishment like Starbucks. As both a customer and an inspector, I find this conduct unacceptable and indicative of a need for improved staff training and management oversight.

Gorgeous location and easy to get in and out. The staff are absolutely fantastic and so is the coffee. It's not just Starbucks. It really takes good baristas to make a great cup of coffee.

rude employees… i usually love starbucks but i would skip out on this location, it says they have items on the app but you get there and they don’t have them.. the lady was yelling at me over the speaker when she said they didn’t have what i asked for. they also then got my order wrong.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Starbucks location this morning. I placed a mobile order at 5:50 AM for a 6:01 AM pickup, expecting the usual prompt service. However, when I arrived, the store was completely dark, and the door was locked. I tried the drive-thru, but there was no one there either. I attempted to call the store multiple times with no response.

What made this even more aggravating is that the store is supposed to open at 4:30 AM. It's unacceptable for a store to fail to open on time and leave customers stranded without any communication. This lack of reliability and customer service is disappointing, especially from a brand like Starbucks. I hope they address this issue promptly to prevent future inconveniences.
