Everytime I come in this location they always seem like you’re bothering them. The only reason I go to this one is because it’s near my job for my lunch break. Today I went in to order a turkey sandwich and the associate wasn’t pleasant at all. No smile looked as if she was mad with the world. She takes my sandwich out the oven and the meat is covered with black flakes. They’re explaining to me oh that’s from the oven. Who in they right mind want metal debris on they meat from an uncleaned oven. This location is sad as hell

Great ever since they changed management and employees, it has been way cleaner, the food's way better and I love all the employees they have never treated me out of line once and I enjoy going there. They work very hard and they work even after hours to work on their store to improve everything.So thank you guys , because a lot of us in prairieville love subway

I'm not sure what was going on, on this day of speaking. I sent someone in to inquire about a big catering order. I was on the phone at the time, customer stated the employee didn't make eye contact nor did she speak with any type of volume. I had more questions that the website didn't have answers to. But I'm assuming the business was not needed.

ZERO STARS !!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. The Two women working there we’re laughing amongst themselves when I walked in and as soon as I walked in, they stopped, and I got a cold shoulder and a cold eye. I was in there yesterday and got a 6in sub & THE GIRL HAD GIVEN ME MOLDY JALAPEÑOS and there’s nooo way she didn’t see them while she was putting them on !! There was so many moldy ones.No one answered when I called & I didn’t want to go back because I live 25 minutes away. I had eaten half when I realized and just started profusely vomiting. @subway something should be done.

My favorite place?I always enjoy coming in and getting lunch from here. Well mannered staff and my food is prepared fresh and fast !
Very small for dining in, but it was clean and the preparers were courteous and polite. I love the variety of vegetables and sauces available for the sandwiches.

I am not commenting on the food. I am an Uber driver and I picked up a customer's order at this location of subway. And I needed to use the restroom so I can get back on the road. And the employee proceeds to tell me that I cannot use the restroom unless I buy a cookie. I'm picking up their customers order and I have to purchase something to use the bathroom so I asked her just to make sure I was hearing correctly and she said yes sir unless you are a customer you cannot use the bathroom here. Employees would not give me their names. They are very rude and I will never come to the subway ever again even to pick up an order
