I’ve gone here frequently, today I went in and as I went to grab a cup their was hair on it so I proceeded to pick it up and as I do the hair falls onto another cup so I put the first cup on top of the second cup that the hair fell onto to prevent the hair from contaminating any other cups. So I throw them away and I get to cups for me to use and as I do the worker behind the counter speaks I am not sure of the language but it was a foreign language to me as I only speak English, and the lady behind the back proceeds to open the trash can and grab the two cups and tells me by to waste cups I am grabbing a lid for my drinks and I inform her that I did waste the cups as their was hair on them and even if I did why would you a worker with the same gloves on proceed to dig into the trash. Then she checks the two cups are I inform her of this and she does not see the hair I assume as she does not say anything after checking them so then she puts them in the back on the counter. (SHE DID NOT CHANGE GLOVES) This is a health concern as I come here frequently and you would do this in front a frequent customer so there is no telling as to what is done behind closed doors or at closing them or when the shop is empty. I assume they are going to wash the cups and then put them back more than likely that is what’s going to be done we otherwise they could have stayed inside the trash can. I do not have a photo as when I put them in the trash can I thought nothing of it as I just assumed the cups would be left in the trash can. (PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE)

It’s Saturday 820 am they supposed to be open but nobody here

This was by far one of the worst Subways I’ve visited. The price was ridiculous and on my turkey bacon sub - footlong by the way / I got two cold strips of pre cooked bacon. My total was $15 FOR JUST THE SANDWICH. They are rude, they barely understand and they know nothing about customer service. My kids love Subway and this ruined their hopes of getting a great sandwich. This is why I love Firehouse hands down!

These people are very rude they get very upset when you use a coupons .All restrictions are written on the coupon but they have they own set of rules. Ever since subway has sold part of their franchise to foreigners the service is horrible.The workers actually threw things at us as if we were in a third world country. I suggest we not support ppl like that. They don’t care about us they just want our money.

The 2 India guys they are laughing to us and secret about us I don’t not recommend this place

I placed an order online 2 meatball footlongs. One with pickles and one with lettuce. Well just look at the picture, it speaks for it self! Where’s the sauce? And the lettuce was brown! Soooo disappointed! I know what wilted lettuce looks like and this is not it.

Food and Service were good, but had their kids there and sounded like a nursery me and another customer were very nosey. But other than that Food and Service was good. Thank you !!!

I asked for a side of bacon with a FOOTLONG and this is what I received for $1.50. These Indians come in and buy into a franchise and treat us like SCUM but we still support. This is utterly ridiculous
