I was denied service by the kid working the line today because I was wearing a full head helmet (after just getting off my motorcycle) complete with a full face shield. This head and face covering covers more than his face mask does by far. Yet he still denied to serve me a to go sandwich. Mind you he wanted me to take the full head covering I had on off to put on a cloth mask in the store. No thanks. Jimmy John's will now get my business.

This was by far the WORST Subway experience I’ve ever had! The woman that made my sandwich rolled her eyes the entire time she helped me and had a bad attitude. She also left cut marks in my 6 inch sub, so by the time I went to eat- the sandwich was falling apart into 3 pieces!

The perfect sandwich, 1' club on herb and cheese, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, sweet peppers, a few jalapenos and lots of sweet onion sauce. Try it. You'll like it.

They close 2-3 hours earlier than posted which is honestly obnoxious. Do they not have enough workers? Or are they shutting down? Either way they need to be able to give their customers notice and officially change the hours. I get not having fresh bread 1hour before closing but why close at 6pm when you're posted to close at 9pm??

Do NOT plan on using a coupon or promotion at this location. Refused to accept corporate coupons yet had a big sign in front of the register encouraging patrons to sign up and register to receive Subway coupons. Go to any other Subway location. However, if you are planning to pay full price and not receive a promotion, the food is just as good as you'd expect at any other Subway location. I do not plan on returning to this location.
