The restaurant is very nice, the sandwiches and salads are great. The person who served us speaks French so the order was perfect (including the cookies). Thank you (and a little hello from Nantes!)

Location is on the ground floor of One America Place between Smoothie King and Times-Pic office. I agree with the other reviewer regarding the staff- they're always polite and attentive. This location is WAY better than the other downtown Subway at Third and North Blvd where staff are consistently rude. My problem with this place is the sandwich oven. I think it might be broken. By the time I get back to my desk sandwiches are always lukewarm. Cold sandwiches are good. Hot...
