Worst place ever. Was just screamed at over the phone by an employee because I was charged by the app yet.they didn't get my order. Won't make the order without a receipt yet takes 24 hours for my money to come back? Yet I'm being screamed at by an employee? Disgusting

Only 1 because it's required to leave a review. First, it was 5 or 6 minutes before we were acknowledged then 28 more minutes to make 3 simple sandwiches. Was as if we bothered their break and they did not at all want to be bothered. Just put a closed sign on the door ffs.

Gave this place a second shot because they first time “they didn’t have breakfast”. This time I walked in at 9:30 am and the entire place reeked of bleach. I had to ring a bell for service and when the female there came out with a face like me being there bothered here. Then she proceeded to tell me she could not toast my sandwich. I then asked for a breakfast flatbread where I was responded with the fact she had no eggs either. lol. How do businesses like this stay running?! Locally owned and failure to operate it seems. Save your time people.

This has to be the worst subway in Baton Rouge. Customer service is deplorable from staff to management. How are you out of lettuce. Every time I come here they are out of something! Burnt my pizza . Just all the way horrible customer service with young staff with attitudes. Will not be coming back. Skimpy on everything!

the staff treat you bad like you shouldn't be there bothering them they gave me 1 bell pepper and 1 onion slice I asked if they can put more they said it cost extra so I bought my sandwich even the ladies at the counter checking people out was rude she was busy not doing her job when we walked in o we interrupted them people pass this place up it sucks

Zero! Hand written note taking break come back in 30 minutes guy sitting inside corner of restaurant (appears to be worker) I get it, he needs a break but shouldn’t more than one worker be on schedule? Parking lot empty!!!!not sure what a break from but it’s his right. What about to go orders, online orders etc, they just have to wait 30 minutes. I feel bad for the owner of this one as business is being lost.

I am giving this location a complete 5 star review. I am only giving this because of the 8-4 employee that works alone Monday through Friday setting up everything while taking on many many walk in and online orders…. Dealing with food truck deliveries and inventory, Prepping bread, veggies, cookies, cleaning and stocking. She deserves better. Surprisingly, she had the whole place clean clean and everything stocked. I don’t know how she does it but she deserves so much praise. I wish I knew her name but kudos to you ma’am. You are awesome!There is no way the franchisee should be working her so hard. She should have help. I give this franchisee a 1 star. He or she is the worst. It’s not fair. This should be illegal.

It’s July 1st at 11am and there is not a single worker in this Subway. I walked around in the back to look and called out. Nothing. The door is unlocked too!
