I put in a complaint yesterday about my subway sandwich. Today, i arrive at the same subway to get a sandwich and the employee George OR Tom (he lied about his name) says “i see you sent in a complaint about us” he says with an attitude. I say yes i was unsatisfied with the service. He then proceeds to defend himself and says it was because i picked it up 15 minutes later. I said okay there wasnt a lot of lettuce or spinach and it was falling apart everytime i tried to eat it. He said it was my fault i picked it up “late”. He proceeded to say “i only order 3 dollar sandwiches anyways” I asked him his name and he told me george and then i thanked him. As i walked he way he said “yeah now go on” i asked him if he had any member ID and he walked to the back and ignored me, and told me to leave the store. I have spent so much money at that store to be treated that way and i dont even want the sandwich that he made. I dont feel safe eating the sandwich. I want a REFUND for my previous sandwich order AND for this order.

Showed up at 310pm today, May 21st, door is locked, nobody there. Totally comically unacceptable. I wouldn't rely on this place to be open, and they don't answer the phone when you call.

ONG THIS PLACE IS HIDDEN a little but o m g. Awesome lady working. MIA,was great and helped me with my debit card not working. She was so patient and super friendly and KNOWLEDGABLE!! SUPREME WORKER!! GREAT FOOD!!

It’s almost 9 am and went for breakfast. Place is supposed to open at 7:30 am. Girl walked up in pjs, hair wrapped, & a scowl just now. Maybe they should adjust hours to “whenever we feel like it”.

They say they can’t accept coupons at this location or they say that their system is always down. And also it’s a daycare as well because an employee has their kids running around the restaurant while you order. This location is not run professionally.

This is a nice, if small, Subway. The employees are great. I almost always order ahead and my food is ready when I get there.Make sure to use discount codes or offers though to save money as a non-discounted footlong meal can get expensive ($15).
