I hadn't been to this location in over a year. I visited today and This is the CLEANEST Subway I have ever visited. The place was SPOTLESS top to bottom!!. Amy and Carlos gave excellent service. They were so pleasant and welcoming. I am impressed with the service, cleanliness and quality of food. Keep up the excellent work!!

at the Subway on 12644 Perkins Rd, Baton Rouge, LA, on October 11, 2024, between 7:10 PM and 7:30 PM.When my sister and I entered, a woman seated without any Subway identification glared at us, making us uneasy. Despite this, we placed our order due to our fatigue and hunger. The employee behind the counter was slow, uncooperative, and placed a metal barrier over the meats, obstructing my view. The vegetables looked old and unappetizing, but I completed my order and paid about $19.24 for two sandwiches.In my car, I unwrapped my sandwich and was met with a foul odor. My sister advised against eating it, fearing health risks. I returned to the store to request a refund. The employee responded aggressively, refusing to process the refund and insisting there was nothing wrong with the sandwich.The woman who had been seated earlier jumped up and began shouting, escalating the situation.
