They didn’t have the bottled drink that I ordered and refused to refund me. Only offered a fountain drink which I refused because of health concerns and lack of cleanliness at that station. When I told him I was immunocompromised, he laughed. Won’t ever be back. Disgusting this behavior happens in a hospital!

I bring my daughter to the womans hospital because she is having a baby soon , After appointments you tend to get a little hungry. This location is right inside the womans hospital not far from doctors office so we decided to grab a bite to eat from here . We should of just waited and went somewhere else . Few things that bother me about this place , One the staff , the two black woman not friendly at all , one of them pushed me aside so she could fill up her pink Stanley cup at the drink machine no excuse me or anything . No hello no thank you not anything but "what do you want" . Second this was at 4 pm there was no one inside but a maybe 2 other people Please explain to me why we were rushed ? Finally the tables were filthy !! food on the floor no where to sit but that one handicap table you cant sit at unless your handicap ?. I expected more from this place due to it being in the womans hospital , i expected better service and i think they need to work on that . People leave dr offices , or visiting someone in the hospital should not have to endure crappy people who treat costumers badly they are already dealing with enough by being in the hospital in the first place dont make it worse !

Whoever was the crew on Nov. 11th 2024 provided my famil phenomenal service. Went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Very welcoming and polite. Would definitely recommend this Subway and the team involved in running it.

The two ladies they had in there today extremely rude. Didn’t wanna make me a breakfast bowl. I was told it was too much trouble. Then she told me well I am going to charge you for a sandwich. That’s not how that works you charger per toppings. She kept going on and on about the price which wasn’t my concern. I just wanted what I came in there for period.
My order wasn't as requested..I got a voicemail from the manager. I returned the call but received the voicemail..He never returned my call

I don’t know when they decided 2 scoops of chicken became enough meat for a foot long sandwich but it’s not. Myself and several others in line said something and they put more. But those who didn’t were just shorted.
The staff is very nice here and the food is what you would expect from a Subway.
I worked here 3 years ago nd this is where I got my start. Ms. Vanessa was like another to me. She showed how everything was done THE RIGHT WAY.
