Placed order online here. 1st I was told that it must’ve been placed at different location checked my app came back inside showed it was ordered here. My card was charged showed her this. She calls manager after all the runaround’s he specifically states it’s not his problem trying to blame it on my card although not only did I have receipt from my card as well as receipt on the subway app but that I also received my points for the sandwiches thru an email on subway. How is it possible for it to be a card error on my end if I got an email while waiting there saying I received my points for purchasing my food. The most upsetting part about it is the managers not his problem attitude. Because supporting these corporations they make it near impossible to get in touch with customer service for them to handle your problems. Last time I support this business

Terrible service. Workers were very rude and talking loudly about us the entire time we ate. Angelle had alot to say about us because she heard the order incorrect and fixed the wrong food and apparently that was our fault. Would never eat here again and do NOT recommend.

Our sandwiches was sloppy made
It’s like they don’t know what they r doing
I was to buy 1 get one free on the app
But at this location it’s not honored and to see how they make the sandwiches never again in life

We were told that this restaurant is not taking any coupons. The employee also had 3 of her kids behind the counter at work with her. The customer service is trash compared to other Subways. How are you not taking your own coupons.
