I showed up at 8:34pm with my son as a couple customers were coming out. She said they were closed. I said it says yall close at 9 and then very rude she said if my sign is off were closed 😤

Very rude. Horrible customer service. I asked for a clean knife and she got mad about it mumbling under her breath. I asked what she said and she said: if you didn’t hear what I said then don’t worry about it.

Horrible. No AC in Louisiana... its like 80 degrees in this place. They have 2 drink options sprite and diet coke, and they have no ice. I paid $25 for 2 sandwiches and a drink because they dont take coupons because they are privately owned. Absolutely absurd. The girl what made our food was nice though. Whoever owns this establishment doesn't care enough about their customers and it shows. I won't spend my money here again.

The girl who made my food was cool, feel for her bc seems there's no AC. the drink machine doesn't have ice, only 2 drink options. Drink cooler empty. Giving subway a bad name here whoever owns this location.

Oh, and they don't take coupons. Greedy ahh 😭

If you treat all your customers the same, maybe learn to be respectful to all of them. Employees are terrible and rude, getting in their feelings too much. Need to learn better customer service. Spend your money elsewhere

On 04-04-25 my mom and I went to subway. The host were polite, sweet, and awesome. She fixed our sandwich just the way, We like it! And the place was clean and peaceful. My mom and I will be coming back again. And looking forward for the host to fix our sandwich.

I hope Ms. Brittany sees this. She was a delight, so kind and welcoming and made great conversation while she made my food. I really enjoyed my visit and would go back when she’s working just for her.

Placed order online here. 1st I was told that it must’ve been placed at different location checked my app came back inside showed it was ordered here. My card was charged showed her this. She calls manager after all the runaround’s he specifically states it’s not his problem trying to blame it on my card although not only did I have receipt from my card as well as receipt on the subway app but that I also received my points for the sandwiches thru an email on subway. How is it possible for it to be a card error on my end if I got an email while waiting there saying I received my points for purchasing my food. The most upsetting part about it is the managers not his problem attitude. Because supporting these corporations they make it near impossible to get in touch with customer service for them to handle your problems. Last time I support this business

Terrible service. Workers were very rude and talking loudly about us the entire time we ate. Angelle had alot to say about us because she heard the order incorrect and fixed the wrong food and apparently that was our fault. Would never eat here again and do NOT recommend.
