Maggie was truly an exceptional worker and the main reason I’ll be returning to this location. Even before my friend and I stepped inside, she greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile from the window. Throughout our visit, she was polite, efficient, and maintained a high level of professionalism, even when her coworkers weren’t as attentive. Maggie not only ensured the restaurant was spotless but also provided outstanding service to all her customers. Any establishment would be fortunate to have her on their team. Well done, Maggie—you left a lasting impression on us!

I recently ordered a sandwich online from Subway, and unfortunately, it was toasted despite my request for a non-toasted one. When I brought this issue to the workers' attention, they seemed to have an issue with remaking it. There was an uncomfortable back-and-forth between the staff about who would handle the remake, and their attitude was far from professional. This is not the type of restaurant I would like to frequent if mistakes are met with such negativity. Very disappointed with the customer service experience.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very rude management. Charged me twice for my meal, and told me my bank was lying to me that it was approved both times. I won’t be returning.

I have never had problems with management or this location until one day I received a sandwich with uncooked dough on one side. They tried to tell me that it was just because of the sauce but the difference between sogginess and doughy is pretty evident. I asked them to remake it once and they did. Went back to my desk and the second one had the same issue on the side. I went to get my money back but the man who I believe it the owner got very loud with me and was acting like I was the issue. You have to hear what your customers have to say and not automatically think we are in the wrong. Everyone who I showed the sandwich to said it wasn't cooked all the way. This location is already very expensive because of the location. So to have an attitude by the owner left a nasty taste in my mouth. I did get my money back but I will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered online. Attempted to call 3x to request to hold my sandwiches. No one picked up. They left VM they through away my sandwich in the morning when they opened. I came at open hours but store was closed. Then when I returned, they changed the story that they through it away yesterday and they don't hold sandwiches without a request. How can I make a request when they fail to pick up the phone? Owners denied they heard the phone. Shown them my call log but he turned away. Very poor customer service. Poor management.Owners are unprofessional. Will report to corporate.
