I recently ordered a sandwich online from Subway, and unfortunately, it was toasted despite my request for a non-toasted one. When I brought this issue to the workers' attention, they seemed to have an issue with remaking it. There was an uncomfortable back-and-forth between the staff about who would handle the remake, and their attitude was far from professional. This is not the type of restaurant I would like to frequent if mistakes are met with such negativity. Very disappointed...
