This is the closest Subway to DoorDash, apparently, so it’s the default for my house. This is unfortunate, because they can’t read a ticket. I ordered Turkey and got Tuna once, I’ve had items missing, and there are always extra and / or missing ingredients. I’ve had missing items, too. The bread here tastes stale compared to other locations, and I’ve had items like the pretzel stick that have been inedible because of freezer burn.There are a LOT of Subways in Baton Rouge, but this one ain’t it.I mean, I guess my fault for being lazy, but am I wrong to expect to get what I actually ordered?

It's just by RR Tracks, as well as, Pot-Holes should be embraced since you're going to notice them, by sight or once your inside a Pot-Holes or 2 or 50k.Kid-friendliness: The menu isn't intimidating to order. If you don’t know by now, Subway is a sandwich shop! LOL! I know you know that! But the Florida Blvd location is the best, employees are super nice. Sandwiches are awesome. Atmosphere, well, it’s a sandwich shop!

if i could give 0 stars i would they were extremely disrespectful and told me that the mozzarella was discontinued which is crazy because the boss sandwich comes with meatballs pepperoni and MOZZARELLA overall terrible experience and refused to take my coupon when it was valid

This place is horrible. Management is terrible. I ordered 3 sandwiches from the app. Two of which were double meat. One sandwich has hardly any meat to cover half the sandwich. The other sandwich was regular and you had to look hard for the chicken. The steak and cheese wasn’t even edible. The night I ordered it I called as soon as I got home and saw the sandwich. I asked if I could bring it back so she could remake it and she said no. I called the next day to try to get the name of the franchise owner but she said they couldn’t give it out. She offered to make me new sandwiches but since this isn’t the first time I had a problem here I just wanted my money back and they refused. I never complained the other times. I just got fed up when I saw the pathetic sandwiches. Corporate won’t even answer my messages.

I ordered a steak and cheese double meat and you could barely see the meat. If I put both sides together to make a 6 inch there is still barely enough to make a sandwich. This place sucks and the manager at night needs more training.

Notice how all the negative reviews mention the manager. When I walk in she's noticeably aggravated by my presence. I'm not greeted or acknowledged and have to interject myself to place an order, which she appears exasperated by. Two weeks in a row I'm told "we have don't have any eggs" as if it's a stupid request for me to try to order their breakfast sandwich. She doesn't know when they'll get more even though she places the orders lol. Disgruntled employees that don't want my business here. It's right around the corner from me but given the weird interactions each time I tried to get breakfast the last month or two I just won't come back until there's new management.

The manager Debbie was rude and wouldn't let me use my coupon even though it didn't say I couldn't get an outlaw sandwich which by the way was cheaper than the subway club she said I could get. I will not go back to that one and tell my friends not to go!!!!
After years of complaining, Subway again is marinating the Teriyaki chicken (at least here). This facility is poorly layed-out for old people with weak eyesight.
