Says open at 7:30 online but its 9:40am and the door are locked. Make it make sense!!!

The food was very good as most sandwich places are. The service was great and the staff was very nice as I was in a rush. The place was very clean and the bathroom was stocked.

Vegetarian options: I mean this is a sub way so there will be meats but also a lot of veggies as well to chose from.

Dietary restrictions: You can get meats or veggies, and plenty of fresh options

Parking: There’s a lot of parking in the front

Kid-friendliness: They do have half sandwiches, like the six inch or a small pizza.

Wheelchair accessibility: I couldn’t find a ramp next to the door

This is the worst subway that I have ever been to service is the worst employees are always smoking outside and they are so freaking freaking rude. Where do they get this people from they are like freaking crackheads.

Very clean on the inside, but the workers attitudes are absolutely horrible & the service is horrible as well. My thing is if you do not like your job don’t be there you work in the public so there for you have to deal with the PUBLIC & some people just can’t understand that.

This place was terrible. One of my friends tried to use a coupon here and he was denied because it was a “private organization”?? However my other friend came right after him and was allowed to use the coupon. Will not be coming here

This place would get a one star for the nasty service i was given this morning by David but the ladies in there tried to help the best they could.
Last night I ordered from subways app for my order to be delivered it left the store at 7:11 Pm & didnt come to my door till 8:30 PM. I reached out to doordash but they told me to reach out to subway since its from their app. This morning I called subway as soon as the opened and the man David, told me he couldnt help me, and was super rude on the phone & hung up in my face. Im sorry if you dont like customer service please get another job. My food was half eaten, i didnt receive the right food, & missing items. I just wannted a refund. Anyways long story short my bank helped me out & if youre ordering from this location, please check your orders!

The old man is very slow please hire more people

My husband won’t leave a review, but I will.He ordered The Boss online 4/26, the store could not fulfill the order, he was told “we’re out of meatballs.” Fine and dandy, but this older white man could not offer a refund and REFUSED to make the situation right, nor exchange the sandwich out for a different sandwich! While he did offer to add more pepperoni, like? That’s not even the same thing but ok! We were told to do our refund online, but now it’s been well over a week and we have heard nothing. Not only is this about the loss of $20+ but the huge inconvenience it caused during peak lunch hours. The online process is supposed to make ordering more smooth and the transaction was a disaster!Y’all have lost very loyal customers, we have been patrons since 2021, when we moved to Baton Rouge, absolutely disgusting service.

I love the sandwiches from this location!! They are so good, fresh taste is so good. I have been enjoying coming back here the last month back in Baton Rouge.. The new girl Kelli is super sweet and fixes sandwiches perfectly delicious!!

By far the worst experience I ever had going to this subway. I have contacted the store called HR and they have not still resolved the problem . They don't care about there customers at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU EVEN IF THEY MESSED UP. I DO NOT

Horrendous experience as per usual. Terrible attitudes from employees and one of them clearly does not take hygiene very seriously. Wait times are always god awful. GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY.

I’ve never wrote a review on a place before but the service here is actually terrible. it would be worth the drive just to go to a different subway. been here 3 times and every time it’s always bad. the workers have terrible attitudes and bad hygiene.
