I love the sandwiches from this location!! They are so good, fresh taste is so good. I have been enjoying coming back here the last month back in Baton Rouge.. The new girl Kelli is super sweet and fixes sandwiches perfectly delicious!!

By far the worst experience I ever had going to this subway. I have contacted the store called HR and they have not still resolved the problem . They don't care about there customers at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU EVEN IF THEY MESSED UP. I DO NOT

Horrendous experience as per usual. Terrible attitudes from employees and one of them clearly does not take hygiene very seriously. Wait times are always god awful. GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY.

I’ve never wrote a review on a place before but the service here is actually terrible. it would be worth the drive just to go to a different subway. been here 3 times and every time it’s always bad. the workers have terrible attitudes and bad hygiene.

The workers gave us excellent care. We noticed nothing more than the bill, despite being involved with a different menu, was over 20% higher than it was a year or so ago. That worries us because we've noticed price increases at different local restaurants that don't match what inflation would be in typical area restaurants. Everything else was very good.

I will never set foot in this subway ever again. The hours posted online says 7:30am as does the door. I pulled up to see a filthy looking male employee sitting down picking his nose. Should have left then. I walk in and immediately was told by the old woman manager “Im not open yet while she shakes her head” it was like she was waiting for me to walk in to be rude to me. I said “Oh I’m sorry the hours said you open at 7:30am.” She says “Oh no we don’t open until 9:00 we haven’t since the pandemic.” Well that’s strange bc I was Just there a month ago at 8:00am and ordered!!!! She also stated “YEAH and he doesn’t even sell breakfast”. Every single subway I have ever been to sell’s breakfast items. When leaving I told Them to “lock the door then” For them to open at 9 and have so many ppl sitting around in there picking their nose not doing anything it’s a shame. And to be so rude to a customer whom was just coming to give them business is terrible. I’ll take my business and my offices business elsewhere.

Do no eat here! All they serve is dirty gloves and nasty attitudes. April is so disgusting and have horrible food handling etiquette. April was making a sandwich that had items on it that I can not eat. She finished with the sandwich then immediately asked me what I wanted. I asked her will she change her gloves and she told me no. Then YELLED for another employee to come an service me. She then began working on other customer's to-go order with the DIRTY gloves on. I asked the employee (who was servicing me )what was the lady's name who refused to change her gloves, April then yelled so proudly " MY NAME IS APRIL!" She was so comfortable with disrespecting me and not changing her gloves, while other customers were in the store! I still have my receipt if a district manager or owner cares to review this incident on the cameras.
