The restaurant itself was beautiful and had a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The food was decent — I'd rate it a 3.5 out of 5, mainly due to the temperature of the dishes and the inconsistency in how the steaks were cooked. Our waitress was friendly but tended to overshare a bit, which made the experience feel slightly less professional. I also noticed that the dining room could have been cleaner. While we did feel a bit uncomfortable being stared at by other guests (something outside the restaurant's control), overall, we still had a good experience. The ambiance and setting made it an enjoyable evening despite the few hiccups.

As always, the food was OUTSTANDING. Drinks took a while. Actually, more than a while. We took an Uber so we COULD drink. It was kinda wasted because the drink service was so slow. The restaurant was about half full. No big tables. Kitchen appeared fully staffed. Nobody at the bar. We did half a couple of drinks at the bar before we got seated. Great service. Great drinks. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with our waitress. She was hopefully trained, but damn, she forgot EVERYTHING she was taught. She knew about 1/5 of the menu. Couldn't open a bottle of wine, I had to open it. Left for 20 minutes, didn't see her. I'm glad the food was great but Ruth Chris might be my next choice.

Service was top notch. Steak was very good, right temperature. Could have come out faster given they weren't very busy on a Tuesday night. Wedge salad was outstanding. Asparagus was very good, large stalks and therefore not as tender as the younger stalks.

Steak was horrible, lobster was ok but the service was great almost didn't make me feel bad about the price. Only problem is when I go to a steakhouse I expect the steak to be great

The experience was exceptional, and the service was next level. The level of detail was very comforting, and it was a terrific experience!

I opened my napkin and I gnat flew out and I had to swat away this gnat the entire time. I didn't bring it up to the wait staff because when I told her to lean in so I could tell her something she still stood 10 feet back from me. I just simply asked for a new napkin so the table next to me wouldn't hear and she seemed to have an attitude about it.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Sullivan's ever since this location opened. As usual, we ordered the price fixe (or “Sure Thing”). Price on menu was $49. The waiter, Josh, charged us $65 stating that we ordered the 8 ounce filet and there was an up charge if we didn't order the 6 ounce filet. There was no 6 ounce filet on the menu! Josh stated that he offered to show us the price fixe menu and we declined. HE DID NOT MAKE THIS OFFER AND WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THERE WAS A PRICE FIX MENU! Many years of loyalty to this business but we will be celebrating elsewhere beginning next year. We were NEVER informed of a price “upgrade” by Josh. We feel betrayed by this poor business practice!

Our waiter was amazing. Very attentive to everything. The kitchen overcooked one of our steaks, so he had another one cooked as an apology for no charge. He also gave my mother a free desert to take home for her birthday. I will be returning to dine there in the future.

The steaks were way too tough for the price. I've had more more tender steaks from Walmart. I personally grew up with cattle my whole life and beef isn't hard to make tender especially a steak. You go to a place where you pay 100 dollars for a steak you expect to be able to atleast cut it with a knife with ease not having to saw through it. I had a wagyu strip steak which is 29 dollars an oz. You would think it would be tender not less tender than a Walmart steak.

Didn't enjoy my experience this visit . Took over an hour to get our entrees. Steak was very bland . Disappointed

It had been some time since we were last at Sullivan's but decided to try it again. We found that the food, service and ambiance were greatly improved. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our steaks were cooked exactly as we requested. All of the food tasted great.

We love Sullivans! The steak is always delicious, and service staff are perfect. I wish the location was better. The strip mall that it's in doesn't do it justice. The restaurant itself isn't as well cared for as it used to be. I would recommend the steak every time. Some of the other dishes have been hit or miss for us. Last night, we had the cheesesteak eggrolls, I had the steakhouse salad with the New York strip, and my husband had a 12 ounce fillet. Everything was absolutely wonderful. I wish there was someone who could keep the best of it and revitalize the rest. Some of the menu items aren't contemporary, or true to this area. And the location and building good is an upgrade. It's my favorite non-pretentious and consistent place to get a good steak around here.

Our service was fine although we sat with empty drink glasses for about 15 min before we stopped and asked someone to fill them. The restaurant is just gross. The floor is dirty. The ceiling tiles are dirty. One of those places where you're glad the lights are very dim. The steaks were average but not worth the money. The asparagus tasted like it was boiled in plain water and dumped on the plate. The sweet potato casserole was burned on half of the top crust. Shrimp cocktail was good. Brussel sprouts were so-so because it was just a weird way to cook them - they were chopped up with cabbage and other veggies.

We've been to Sullivan's several times, and it is invariably excellent. Atmosphere is upscale but relaxed. Service is always very good. The food is always tasty and delicious. One of our favorite spots.
