Love the susie choices and that they have all you can eat, but some of their menus containing steak and shrimp are overcooked. We had a great waitress….
Got a steak hibachi. Got cold, overcooked, dry steak and plain white rice. That’s it. No veggies, no sauce on the rice. Nothing. Just terrible.
what food we got was good, but we waited and waited and waited, 20 mins to put in an order, 10 minutes for a refill, 45 minutes for additional items... servers were inattentive and distracted by their phones.
