Customer service is incredible, our waitress recommended items by our preferences, and Dislikes, we never waited for items and our tea glass was always full.
I usually door dash and I order it a lot because it is always consistent. Sushi is great, utensils and extras are always included. I have also picked up to go and same consistency. The only reason I don’t dine in more often is because of Essen traffic.

Rebecca was not our server but she was running our food and everytime she came over to drop off a roll she had an attitude and wouldn’t even look at me (and my group of four) in the eye. Jennifer was our server though and she was absolutely amazing!
Just found a hair on my sushi! I love going to this place in person but every to-go sushi order I’ve gotten has had something wrong with it. From hard fish to plastic to a worm to hair (hair is from my order tonight, picture included), the orders always have something wrong with them. Would NOT recommend any sushi ordered to-go.

Our group of eight had a truly memorable birthday dinner, largely thanks to our amazing server, Garrett. Despite his busy section, he made us feel like his top priority and was super friendly, making the celebration feel personal and special. Everyone did All You Can Eat and our food came out quick. The fried Oreos were definitely the highlight of the night and the awesome atmosphere he created made everything taste even better, leaving us totally stuffed and happy. It was a truly memorable birthday celebration, and we definitely recommend this place!

food was decent, veggie tempura was somewhat disappointing but the 225 roll was amazing. our server, garret, was inattentive, constantly talking to and giving almost all of his attention to this one table, which i wouldnt have a problem with if it didnt interfere with ordering food. he also sat at the table with them at one point which threw me off... his inattentiveness made my experience less enjoyable compared to past visits. maybe just a teeny bit more training with emphasis on paying more attention to his other tables in his section. hostess at the front was very nice though
