Where to start... The dining area is not neat, clean, or welcoming. I made a purchase for two meal deals and had requested ranch to be added to my bag so I can dip my food into it. I sat down waiting the time they told me it would take approximately 10 minutes and then proceeded to check my food and realized that I didn't receive the ranch I requested. I went to the service desk to which I once again requested ranch, and to which I was answer rudely what I had ordered. I proceeded to tell the lady what I had orded and she then informed me that it came with what I get. In turn refusing to give me any ranch as I had requested and that they also had on their shelf in clear view. So the possibility of not having any wasn't the issue for them. The issue is that even though I had requested and even willing to pay for said item, the lady refused to get me any. What also wasn't appropriate was how the manager didn't care to correct the issue even though she was currently present during the occurrence. Not once, but three different occasions I had requested ranch and not once, but three times I was not given ranch. Yeah it might seem petty for me to write this nasty review, however customer services is as only good as the employees working behind that counter and if customers are expected to tolerate a horrible customer service from people like that then something is wrong in this world. Last I checked it's one's job to provide good quality customer service. Also my chicken nuggets were dry even though at the same time informed that they had the sauce they come with. I am honestly absolutely disappointed in this location and this isn't the first awful experience I've had with their employees.

The restroom was extremely dirty , full of papers and someone shaved in the bathroom and the entire sink and floor had facial hair, it was disgusting and I smelled like marijuana

Since when does it take 28 minutes to make a quesadilla and a soft taco when there is noone else in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive through? 3 employees standing around in the back, doing nothing, while 1 is working the register and making food at 9 pm.

Whoever own this location need to pay attention to they employees and their establishment. They close the restaurant early damn near everyday, they out of everything and the employees are terrible with customers. I understand people not having the days but over here it’s always something.

Tonight when I went there I felt uncomfortable with the workers. Also, they said that they close at 12:00 Am when on the website they close at 3:00 Am and she tried to say that taco bell and Off are two different things I felt horrible being at this place and I felt threatened. Every worker in there needs to be fired. Because their lazy and don't wanna work
