First of all, the AI ordering system doesn’t work correctly. I ask for a chicken soft taco, and it inputs a beef soft taco. After trying to take off the beef soft taco and re order the correct thing. A woman comes on the speaker and in a rude tone says, what are you trying to order!? As if it’s complicated. At that point I just wanted to drive off and go to Popeyes Nextdoor but my boyfriend was driving. To clarify I order the new chicken nacho fries, a chicken soft taco, and a Doritos locos taco. No modifications to any of the items. I get home and come to find out I got two puny excuses of a a chicken soft taco both with no lettuce on them and like 4 pieces of chicken and some cheese??? TWO! no Doritos locos taco in sight. Also no nacho fries, instead they gave me a nacho bell grande with no beans or tomatoes. Guess I got someone else’s order, but that doesn’t make sense considering no one else was in the line. Also my boyfriend says thankyou after being handed the order and the woman yells WHAT? at him… he says thankyou again. Better be glad it wasn’t me in the drivers seat cause I would’ve said nevermind actually and drove away. If you hate your job that much go work somewhere else.

Taco bell on Burbank in Gardere. When I made it home, and picked the the bag up, the food fell through the bag all over me because it wasn't properly wrapped. Secondly, we had the wrong order, I called the store multiple times, Yall had it off the hook. Please, do better. Yall playing with people time and money.

Izaiyah R. was amazing and super sweet. At the end of the day she did her job when we didn’t want to deal with Ai. She’s super personable. I’d much rather have her help us out than any day of the week than any.

Just left this location and geez. Barely had meat in the tacos, shells were cracked. I ordered a #1 and on top of that the shells taste stale. I also ordered the $7 luxe craving kit and the burritos had more beans than meat , forgot the chips for the cheese sauce, and the shell for the tacos with this order was also stale tasting. This location also had me pull behind the yellow pole and wait for them to tell me when to pull back up. This was a very disappointing experience.
