I Was Never Asked If I Wanted Sauce For Number 1 (Clearly Beyond My Point) But I Place My Order Which Was 2 5$ Cravings Box 1 Box With Steak Instead Of Chicken And The Next Box With No Lettuce. Ordered 4 soft taco supremes, no tomatoes. Got home and had 4 hard tacos with about a teaspoon of beef in each. Mind you there was no line at all, just a mumbling cashier and zero effort at making my order. Very sad.

The map says it opens at 9:00 am but it's always closed ?, they probably start attending at 11 or closer to lunch time. Food is correct at least 7 out of 10, always check your food, even if you have a long line behind you. They'll take care of it.

The 300lb black lady at the drive-thru was extremely rude and clearly racist. She threw the bag at me because I had taken a lengthy time picking what I wanted and then she slammed the window on me and didn't let me pick the sauces I wanted. She even crumpled the bag up before tossing it.

This is for the TacoBell on 10623 Burbank Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70810. If I could have given it lower then 1 star I would have done it. The pictures are of my taco supremes, as you can see they were Not. Also I did not receive one of my cheesy bean and rice burritos. Never could get a hold of anyone to correct it. But this is my second order of the night. My first order was canceled, through the Taco Bell app. I was told to contact Taco Bell directly, but their phone number rings and rings till it sounds like a fax picked up. We order quite a lot from this location, but with service like this that will change.

Do not accept door dashes from here. Don't even order here. They have nothing that's on the menu. They claim they are out of everything. We sat out at drive thru for half an hour and still no employee came to help. the lights are on but nobody was in there. Google claims that they are open, also a sign says that they are open until 2am. false advertisement and i do not recommend coming here ever. The employees are rude. one of the worst fast food places i've encountered.
