Went here for lunch the other day. Paid with a $50 and the girl at the window turned around to ask her manager if they accepted cash - or only card. She didn't know how to give change. I was flabbergasted. The food quality has declined dramatically.

actually the customer service better then the food staff spoke verify order but when i got it . taco shells was stale i could not finish eating it also the nachos was also stale . this was mid noon, they need replace or retrain people who put food together like food come out of a barn, please check quality of your food hope they improve

Food was great. Service was alright. Horrible rating is due to the fact I found a metal ball bearing in my frozen Baja blast. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of it but I gave it to the manager on duty. They didn’t care and were rude about it when I reported it. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. I’m glad I didn’t swallow it but please check your frozen drink machine as if my kid swallowed it I would be in a different mood.

Doors locked on a Sunday at 5pm. Workers not taking orders. Management needs to intervene or be replaced asap.
I ordered the Catina chicken bowl and as you can see from the photos I received a halfway filled container with mostly filled lettuce and with other ingredients missing. Totally unacceptable for them to think it’s okay to deliver this out to their customers. The included pictures to show the difference between what’s advertised versus what the Taco Bell at 11991 Hooper Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70818 delivered to me. I’ll be contacting the corporate office to file a complaint.
