I ordered a steak poblano tonight
Poblanos missing Barely any steak see pics plus a cantina chicken bowl..see pics both were made like slop. I want my money back tomorrow and whoever put this out needs to be fired period

New Taco Bell unit with all the bells and whistles. Aesthetically the new look Taco Bell works well. Inside and outside look much better than past remodels.

Ordered a steak chalupa with extra steak, add nacho cheese. Didn't receive extra meat. Barely got any at all actually. The lettuce was overly wet/saturated. No nacho cheese on the chalupa. I threw this food away. Also ordered nacho fries. The Nacho cheese was watered down so much, it wouldn't even stick to the fries. Its not the first time I've received terrible service from this location

Tip for others: Always double-check your receipt and your bag before leaving. The AI ordering system clearly still needs refinement, and customer service at this location left a lot to be desired.
I recently tried the AI ordering drive-thru and placed an order for 3 steak street chalupas, a side of chips and cheese, and 11 fire sauces. Instead, I was given a completely wrong order: 1 chicken street chalupa and 1 fire sauce.
When I explained the mistake and asked for it to be corrected, the cashier raised her voice at me, dismissed me, and only reluctantly rang me up for the correct order. I was told to pull around and wait. After waiting 15 minutes while multiple cars behind me received their food, I had to circle back through the drive-thru just to remind them for food that paid for.
At the window, the cashier ignored me, shut the window in my face, and eventually handed me the food by slamming the window shut again without saying a word. When I asked for the 11 fire sauces I ordered (for 8 tacos), I was only given 2, and the window was slammed shut once again.
I understand these are difficult service jobs and it was a busy lunch rush, but customer service should not involve hostility toward someone simply asking for the food they ordered and paid for. The AI system may be part of the problem too, since it seems to misfire on orders.

Went two hours before closing and they said no chicken fine . Then proceeded to order regular tacos. Them folks said no beef. What’s the point in being open then

I ordered from this location through doordash at 11:20 pm. The dasher stole my order and so I had to reorder my food. The manager refused to make my order over because she had made it already. Had the manager taken the time to look at the two orders; they would have noticed the two orders were different. The first time I had ordered a nacho bell grande combo, 3soft shell combo, and a quesadilla, a hard taco, side of cheese. The second order was a nacho bell grande combo, 3 soft shell combo, and the quesadilla. I changed my order the second so I wouldn't have any delays or confusion. I never received my order.
How the hell yall forget a whole ass order? I came thru 15 mons ago waited for ever for no reason just for yall to give me one box order but i got mu damn drink, babay no reason at all i dodnt get my order, now im hungry pissedd and outta money, wont go back to this location.
I ordered the chick nuggets meal. My food was cold and I asked for a 10 piece and they put a 5 piece in my bag. Food made me sick and wasn't fresh at all. Better customer service is needed. I won't be eating here anymore.
I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and made it mine adding extra seasoned beef,reduced fat sour cream extra grilled jalapeno peppers beans seasoned rice and three cheese blend when I received my order and made it home there was absolutely no beef included period and paid for the extra totaling $10.64. Totally disappointed and this was my first order ever from this facility. Especially after ordering in the app and going through drive thru
