I love the food at Taco Bell!! Although this specific Taco Bell had terrible employees. I was blatantly ignored by not one not two but three employees. No one would help me at all. Then another woman walked in and they helped her immediately. I'm not one to throw the race card but I am a white woman and the one that they helped immediately was a black woman and they were all black as well. It really did feel like a race thing to me...
I have never been told by any restaurant that my mobile order requires me to come inside. Then my wife was told it would take 30 minutes for her order. What is in your building that requires a 30-minute wait?? F this BRANDnew taco bell hire better employees

This is hands down. Probably the worst location in Baton Rouge Louisiana, for what is a consecutive 4 plus days. I have come to this location at 10PM to 2AM only to be turned around for "DoorDash or Uber Eats orders only" or for them to be closed hours early. Like really?

This is the new Taco Bell on Greenwell Springs Rd in Baton Rouge, La. Y'all check them out, I had a very pleasant visit there, I got my order to go but seeing how clean, welcoming it was, I decided to eat in glad I did. If you like tacos try this location. Also wasn't no yelling going on, and drive thru was very swift.Smooches ?

I went to get 2 happy hour freezes for my niece & daughter & 2 crunchy tacos w/ only meat & cheese.. my daughter bit into her tacos & said they dont taste right mom so i went to taste them & they tasted like something i cant even explain. i sniffed the taco & it gave cleaning products idk but it didnt taste good at all!!! i called the restaurant, no answer. smh they need to get that together bc i had to throw my baby tacos away
