I don't know where to start..the place was empty..no lines, my order not only was botched but cold, I ordered and waited..im not that far from this taco bell..items were missing...I had this experience...others have told me to avoid this place because of the service..
Please save yourself the time and money..

I only gave service a 1 star, because there was no zero store option. When I go to TB, I don't want to have to type in my own order on their apps, in the restaurant, with employees telling me they absolutely WILL NOT take my order verbally. Why won't you? You have the ability to take orders verbally through drive through, right? So maybe the 6 people standing there doing absolutely nothing we're focused on the food! Nope! It was cold, dry, and not made correctly. The order was not complete. Ya, I now it is TB, but when did they lose ALL standards? So at least have a concept of what customer service is? Aren't you part of the largest food service corporations on the planet??? If it is that disgusting, when I am dining in, we'll no wonder the drive thru always sucks. I'm done with this location. Not my first horrible experience, but this one pushed the limit. The entire PM crew on 11/13 needs to be re-evaluated, re-traind, or replaced. The manager should be absolutely embarrassed. What a horrible job!

If I could put negative in front a star I would. The service is poor and when you’re a paying customer you are entitled to get what you want. Everytime I visit this empty restaurant, I get the same treatment. Paying $16 for extra added to an order and when you don’t receive it and call back the manager gets an attitude like I did something wrong. Just know, I tried with you all. Ain’t no coming back. There is so much competition in the area and yall store is always empty. Maybe that’s why? I wouldn’t recommend this location to a German shepherd. Good day!
I love hard tacos, but why are the shells almost always broken? And do you think, for the price now we could get a little more meat....

I feel so bad I had yelled at the people in drive thru to pick up a delivery because it was a long line. And even though I couldn't skip the line to get order. They were really the sweetest people. I feel so bad. I give them a good rating for great customer service. My apologies ?. Such sweet souls
The food is always good, but I've had trouble trying to pay on the app for about a month now. It keeps giving an error message no matter what card I use. The cards then show a payment pending but eventually gets reversed.

Vegetarian options: Enough vegan and vegetarian options, have to read the ingredients at the kiosk which is helpful, but the font size is a little small.
Dietary restrictions: Were able to accommodate vegetarian dietary requirements for a recent order.
Wheelchair accessibility: Looks they they have good ADA ramps to the front door.
