The guy in the drive-through at like 12:30 PM his chain was definitely fake. Nobody working at Taco Bell. Where is the chains like that? If so, you might want to find something else to do.š¤·āāļøš¤¦āāļø
I ordered nacho fries, a quesadilla and a freeze. Everything was fine but my quesadilla. The quesadilla tasted nothing like the other locations. Barely any sauce or cheese. But the killer part was the black spots that covered my quesadilla there was only a few that I noticed at first but as I continued to eat the quesadilla numerous black crunchy whatever it was changed the whole flavor or my food. Thereās no reason why anyone who spends their hard earned money, should have to eat old burnt particles from other previous order. I see if it was 2 or 3 tiny pieces but this was about 6-8 medium size pieces of I donāt know what. ?!??!!
As a Gm of a restaurant myself I would never let anyone eat food from an overly dirty grill oven or anything in that nature. The machine that the quesadillas are cooked on is dirty and my food just happen to be one of the orders that were saturated in the dirty particles that have been in/on the machine for no telling how long !
Will not be going to this location again. I even called to discuss this with a lead or manager on duty just so no one else has to taste that awful stuff . But no one answered ā¦ā¦ No stars especially for the food

They need to just tear this place down and put a new food place here. Waited ages for my food just to be missing items and for it to be cold. When I told the workers I was missing food I paid for I received attitude in return and then they half ass made it right. The music is wayyyy too loud I cant even hear my own thoughts. And this place is always out of bajan blast somehow. I would rate this place lower if it would let me.

Waited on my food for 40 minutes. Ordered a Baja Blast and was brought a Sprite. I asked what it was and they told me. I said I didnāt order that and they told me they didnāt have the Baja Blast. Just assumed I wanted a sprite āStarry.ā After I finally get my food I was missing 2 items. Iām writing this as I wait and itās been another 15 mins. Almost an hour to get Taco Bell garbage. The workers are mostly rude and just donāt seem to take any pride in their job. The whole shift should be fired. Unreal. FYI. Iām still waiting.
How yāall let a robo take the order and still get it wrong? Not only that, but it was cold. Never been to. Taco Bell that served such low quality items. It fast food. It shouldnāt be that hard to serve customers something warm.
Had no food bc they said they close in 25 minutes which is so lazy and terrible service. Food is sucks too

The worst Taco Hell experience I ever experienced. four of us ordered 2 items a piece and didnāt receive multiple parts of our order. What we did receive was the equivalent of fold over tortillas with minimal fillings. Seems like inflation hit this location rather excessively.

The owners should come in here and fire everyone, theyāre costing yāall money. They apparently donāt have half the menu anymore, canāt add to the order at the window, and what they do have comes pathetically put together. Worst Taco Bell experience ever tbh. Didnāt even eat my āfoodā, just went back in and got a refund. They should be ashamed of themselves

Customer service trash, walked in no one greeted me. Went to the restroom washed my hands came out. The worker sitting down got up walked right by me. I said "how are you doing", she said nothing. I'm not use to the whole kiosk machine, so I'm standing at the counter for someone to assist and finally another lady who didn't greet me said you picking up or placing an order. Then I realized the kiosk, and walked over placed my order and the lady who didn't speak 1st just said my total. I didn't know what she was talking about because she just said 2 numbers and nothing more as she was coming from the side of the kitchen. I looked confused and sje repeated the same numbers and I figured out what she was saying and paid the money and then the other worker who asked about placing an order informed me they were out of something I ordered and I had to ask what were the alternatives rather than be provided with them. She then came and didn't make eye contact, and saw me standing there and placed the item where it almost tilted and fell on the counter rack they have. As I sat there and ate my food, I thought maybe they tired or just not having a good day. Nooo that's not the case. I observed several non-minority male patrons come in and they greeted them, thanked them for coming etc... like all customers are paying customers and people shouldn't treat others differently because they are a certain person. Money come in all colors from all over the world, diamonds and precious stones come in all different colors , shapes, etc.. so when it comes to customer service and working in the service industry social skills are a must. I know work can be stressful, bad days happen, but to be that way with your own it's an embarrassment. I was very polite, was not loud, spoke and received no greeting and paid my money just like them. I know it's hard to keep employees, but that's probably why they work there, because they lack skills to work anywhere else....

Lobby stays locked. It was lunch rush (12pm), lobby was locked with people in it. Me and other person knocked to get in, itās 90+ degrees outside and we were waiting for someone to unlock the door. This is so unprofessional.

Donāt come here they canāt get your order correct weather you order in and place your own order or not. The dude in the back cannot read apparently. Itās horrible, theyāre rude and they donāt know their menu
