If you want your order screwed up and enjoy being served by teenage employees that could care less then this is the Taco Bell for you! 11/30/25 Made the mistake of giving this Bell a second chance. It was worse then the last visit. Drive through attendant was as rude as they come. Here's a novel idea, if you hate your job then don't work there. Why can't managers train their employees to care, to be polite, to serve the customer like they would want to be served? Is our entire society full of nothing but anger and hate?

I pulled in at 1:45am and nobody was there this is rediculous. There has GOT to be a change with management or something because if your time says open till one time and you close an hour before you’re going to have a LOT of unhappy freaking customers. FIX IT NOW

Employees behind the counter won’t even look at you, then you make your order on the kiosk with cash and then have you sit around for 20 minutes only to tell you didn’t even start your order yet because they didn’t take your cash yet. I ordered online. Hardly any meat on my cheesy double beef burrito. They always forget the sour cream. Didn’t put my sauce in the bag. Girl just handed me my bag, no eye contact, no nothing. Terrible customer service.
The tacos didn’t have any ground beef as if there being stingy with the food that isn’t coming out of there pockets , it had more lettuce then anything and the taco tortilla bread was hard as if they just gave me old tacos and just had it sitting on the heater for hours nothing was fresh, I ordered through DoorDash expecting to get what I wanted and that was a waste of money it seem as if they don’t care about there customers and hiring lazy people who just wanna get there shift over with.

This is my FAVORITE Taco Bell location. Me n my daughter always come here and I always order the same exact thing and there’s NEVER been a problem but TODAY was a different vibe. I always order my Mexican pizza with sour cream and onions… but I guess they felt the need to be funny and put 5 scoops of onions on my pizza. I scraped half of them off and ALL my cheese and sour cream came off with the EXTRAAAAA onions. I walked to the counter with my pizza and told the young lady that there was no cheese left on the top of my pizza snd instead of fixing it she told me “she watched them put cheese and sour cream on my pizza” so I said never mind imma eat it. And I went back to my seat… the two older women in kitchen then started staring me down … every time I looked up they were looking at me and kept looking like they were trying to intimidate me… and I even asked out loud a Few Times what the problem was because I didn’t even get my pizza re made… and every time I looked UP one or both of them was staring at me… yea. My Mexican pizza taste like a pile of onions… you know it did . And yes yall made my visit uncomfortable and even worse yall r teaching the younger girl to be extra bad at customer service and you should b ashamed bc I also work in customer service and when SOMETHING IS MESSED UP Im not combative …. I just fix it… the customer is paying for it… I won’t be back. I wrote a review bc I chose “no receipt” (like I always do) but it needs to be known how yall treated a regular thst you didn’t recognize. it was July 29 between 2:30 n 3:30 pm… clocked it. 🫰🏽🫰🏽🫰🏽
