One of the worst Taco Bell experiences we’ve had. Paid extra to add lettuce to 3 beefy 5 layer burritos for my husband and there was not a single piece of lettuce on them. My crunch wrap meal with the hard taco was inedible, complete mush. It all stuck to the paper and I had to throw mine away.

Their app says they serve breakfast. The app says I can order breakfast for pickup. When we show up to order we are told they do not serve breakfast. Did I mention their large street sign says "breakfast" in large letters? Update: They still don't serve breakfast. The sign still says they do. What the heck.

2 of us in the restaurant with simple orders, plenty of workers and we waited atleast 25 minutes for our orders which were completely wrong and thrown together like trash. It was disgusting. And the staff was super rude.
This location is so incompetent and unprofessional! They have gotten my order wrong for the last two times my husband and I have stopped to pick up food. The tacos are always broken and our orders are never correct! Don’t bother submitting a complaint or calling the store, because you will not get a response.

Late night drive-thru was on point. For all the negative reviews I see, all I can say is that it wasn't a bad experience for me. Friendly drive thru worker, food was made perfectly. No complaints.
