“My vegetarian son and I came in on an LSU game day. Due to that, there was a limited menu of tacos, none of which were vegetarian. But I asked an employee, Maddie, who turned out to be the manager, if there was anything that could be done. She checked with the kitchen and my son was able to get a fried avocado taco along with a bean and cheese one. She went above and beyond when she could easily said sorry (because the place was packed!!. And we had such a great experience thanks to Maddie“

These tortillas were classified as corn, but I can tell you, they were next level, as they were not gritty or grainy like regular corn tortillas.

Freshly cooked, which resulted in a world, wind of textures. Crispy, tender tortillas, gooey melted cheese, tender beef, fresh onions, and parsley.

The salsa Verde was excellent, perfectly seasoned mild fresh tasting.

The consumé was excellent wonderful flavor.

I ate at the picnic style tables out front.

Jarritos drink selections. The owner came out herself and asked if everything was OK, which it was. She was very personable and a hard worker.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 star is that the waitress kept making faces every time we asked for something (example : “can you please bring us some lemons”). Idk if she was new but she really looked like she didn’t want to work that day. Regardless we gave her a tip because I just don’t like not leaving one. I remember we already asked for the tab but after ward we decided to get some candy shots to try them. She made a face. After we were done I forgot we didn’t pay for them and she ran outside to get us, which is fine because I owed them. All in all, I’ll go back for the food but I’m hoping we don’t get that waitress again.“

“Respectful service, nice people but a little slow. Food, was great. It was the first time my daughter ever went a Jack in the Cack, and she love it. She even Snapchat it, thank you.“

“I come here pretty frequently for mobile orders and deals. They do a great job and offer great customer service. For example, some orders were discontinued like Deadpool Combos but they replaced it with strips or other even better meals. Food was well cooked and prepared. Drinks nice and cold. Thank you“

“I'm ONLY giving this 5 stars in hopes that the franchise and or manager(s) of this chain at this location would start stocking more food. If it's open 24 hrs, have the items to serve 24 hrs. Its sad I rattle off 3 things knowing you'll be out of the first, and have to have a backup. But it is extremely sad to always be out of all 3 and then some.

“Been twice. First time was by luck on Friday night of LSU-Ole Miss game weekend when we couldn't find a table for 8-people anywhere else. We sat outside and had great food, great margaritas, great service and a really nice time. Second time we made reservations, just two couples. Sat inside and had same great experience. Hope they are able to make it in the challenging restaurant business. Really nice people with an authentic Mexican restaurnt and good food.“
