Hidden gem in Metairie!! The food is authentic and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. It's definitely a hole in the wall but does not disappoint!!

as authentic as you could get. service is amazing. place is literally hole in the wall but that's where you'd be able to get the best food. Everything i have tried in the menu has been beyond tasty. just like the famous taquerias you would find in Mexico. I don't know why people complain so much about this place. I have been here at least once a week in the past year I have moved here and I can honestly say their tacos are much better than most in Northern California where I moved from. You have to try this place!

Food was good and salsa was really good and spicy . The place was hot inside though and AC was barely cooling. The food was served quickly and made to order. Place is kind of off the beaten path but still good price for value. Maybe better for just pick/carry out next time.

I did not want to eat here after I walked in, but I was with a coworker, and she was ready to leave right away, but neither one of us knew it so we wasted our $$$. This place was not sanitary, looked like somebody's garage, and is NOT a safe place to eat. The staff does not speak English but my Spanish is good enough to order, say thank you and hold a conversation. Got my food and immediately said no. So if you're considering this for lunch or dinner - save your money. There is no atmosphere or sanitary conditions and certainly the food is too $$$$.

I walked in to order to go and the food came out quickly. I got pork and beef tacos along with chicken enchiladas. I really enjoyed it all. When I come back I would probably go for the tacos.

This is definitely a hidden gem. Located in the I-10 service road, you might have driven past this place millions of times and not even noticed it was there. This is the place to go for authentic Mexican tacos. They also have green and orange spicy sauces that ate bomb!! It's a great price too. The food definitely makes up for the lack of aesthetic. 10/10

Awesome authentic Mexican. Some of the best I've had. I didn't go for a while cuz there aren't many good reviews. Don't let that stop you - there are always cars at dinner time. I've had tripe and barbacoa tacos and a papusa so far and its been excellent. I plan to come back.

THIS. OMG what a delight and find this is. We have driven by for a long time, but never stopped, but this time, we did. I had chicken enchiladas, and the hubby had a beef burrito. I would say more like steak burrito, and my enchiladas were glorious. The two sauces on the table were delightful, and had some heat. fresh sour cream, and avocados and the refried beans were very smoky, and delicious. More than I could eat, and we took both home and had dinner later. The place is small, but the flavors are big, and the bang for the buck is worth every minute, of my savoring the mexican coke you served me. I have found my new spot. I can't wait to come back.
