This was my first time visiting Teatery. I wanted a brown sugar milk tea, like I get from places across town. I asked what the difference between the milk tea and fresh milk section of the menu was and was just told it was different milks used. I ordered and received brown sugar milk, which was not bad just not what I ordered, when I asked what should I have ordered to get what I wanted it was still unclear and they seemed annoyed. They remade my drink and it was horrible. Black milk tea with no flavor. Will not be going back.
We were visiting BR for work and found this place near our hotel! Vietnamese coffee is great! Especially with ube cold foam! Went 3 times during our stay out here. Inside is very cute and clean. Staff is very friendly. Didn’t have to wait long for our order either.

Fantastic Tea. 3 different flavors and they were all great. The customer service was great too, and the atmosphere was solid and chill. We went here instead of Wendy's for lemonade and the price was comparable so not too bad there either.

My order was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Will return for sure. From left to right was the frozen Vietnamese coffee with pandan foam, and the Iced Wintermelon w/fresh milk.
We went to the Teatery this past Sunday. I got the frozen Vietnamese coffee and my hubby and I both got Crème Brûlée. Both were wonderful and the employees were very nice and patient.

Was a very nice place with lots of options. Had some mini claw machines that weren't easy, but not impossible.
I’m super conflicted by saying this place is a 4/5.
To be honest the place is always spotlessly clean. And the drink is always good. On a few occasions recently it wasn’t the best customer service. Missing a apart of the order shouldn’t be met with side eyes.
