Teriyaki Madness Reviews
Today Sunday the 13 we went to teriyaki madness for lunch around 11:30 am. We put our order in for dining in. The young girl running the register was pleasant but when she took another order for another customer it took forever not sure what the problem was. Our food was ready and sat there for a least 15 minutes while the young running the register still taking the order from a customer that not sure or they had discount coupons but it when on and on . Finally I got up and one...read full review
2/5 would not recommend. Employees just stared at me before coming to ring me up. Then when they rung up everything individually so it would be more. The food was ok though, chicken was a little greasy.
First off, the food was very mediocre. I’m glad I tried it, but it was definitely a one and done.
Secondly, the building itself wasn’t very clean. It had an odor, bathroom was dirty/out of toilet paper, drink station was dirty and not stocked. Best way to describe the place is everything felt sticky.

Teriyaki Madness is a hip and up-to-date restaurant with a tremendous amount of teamwork among the co-workers. The food is always fresh and made to order, creating an enjoyable experience. Customers are greeted warmly by the staff, who provide helpful suggestions for ordering. The beef teriyaki with vegetables and noodles was described as fantastic, with tender beef and delicious sauce. The regular chicken teriyaki is so good, and the spicy chicken with stir-fried veggies and white rice is decent but very sriracha-forward. The portions are nice, and the food comes out quickly, though wait times can sometimes be long.
The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with wheelchair accessibility and plenty of free parking. The service is great, and the staff is kind, often bringing orders to customers. The bathrooms could be cleaner, but the overall experience is painless and enjoyable. Customers appreciate the gluten-free options and delicious desserts like browned butter rice Krispy treats. The salmon is another highlight that keeps people coming back. Overall, Teriyaki Madness is a gem in Asian cuisine with decent teriyaki and a chill vibe.
