I travel for work so I come to Baton Rouge once or twice a month, this makes my 3rd time going to this place, usually it was good but last night I had some spicy chicken with veggies and brown rice, eager to eat because of my long day on the road I decided to eat my food in the parking lot while I was checking I kept tasting something crunchy as I was chewing and it so I eventually discovered it was a bunch off pieces of dried up rice, so I walked back up and told cashier. When he addressed issue with the cooks they seemed to have an issue with me bringing my plate back so they just put rice in a plate, leaving me to pick my meat and veggies from the hard rice plate, which I feel it could have easily been a full remake. I only had eaten 3 bites. Sorry for the paragraph. I don’t normally do reviews but I was pissed! I should have just got a refund 🤦🏽♂️.

Called in an order got home. It was the wrong order called up. There went back to exchange and the lady In the back was very rude and said that I should have checked it before I left the restaurant and that was my fault so service sucks foods OK there’s no way that is my fault because you got my order wrong. They need to retrain their employees.

Ordered from here once before a couple of weeks ago and everything, except the broccoli, was great! Today we ordered again, because it was so good the last time, and this time not so much. My chicken was very over cooked and zero flavor in any of the bowl. My boyfriend's mad spicy chicken was soooo hot he couldn't even eat it all. His veggies were not even cooked. The crab Rangoon had hardly any filling and tasted horrible. The egg rolls tasted funny as well. Wasn't pleased with this visit AT ALL! Yuck!

The service was great; the atmosphere was pretty chill, the food was decent. It wasn't busy at all, which made it even better for us. Their forks double as chopsticks, though I wouldn't rely on that inversion very much. They're pretty flimsy.
I had the spicy chicken, and the egg roll. It was pretty good. I was able to tolerate the spice. My companion, however... was not. The veggies looked a little questionable, and that's the only reason for my lower rating. I didn't have any issues afterward, though.
Parking was free. Ordering was quick and easy. The staff helping us made the experience painless.
They even brought our order to us, and basically catered around us, when they didn't have customers in line. This could be the norm, but in my experience, most fast food places just make you come to the counter to grab your food, and you're pretty much on your own from there.
I'd go again.

Chicken teriyaki was excellent but a little overpriced for chicken!! I really didn't appreciate all the cursing and foul language coming from the kitchen!! Didn't seem to be a manager around or anybody in charge to tell them to watch their language!!!

Walked in and was greeted pleasantly but refused to eat here. Within the 1 minute I was in there I watched an associate lick her fingers to open bags for to go orders, wipe her nose with her hands, and argue with someone in the back. Yuck. No thanks.
