I absolutely love this restaurant n we go for my sons bday every year, this time was a bit different. I feel we were rushed out when we weren't ready, the waiter shows up to talk about desert while half the table was still waiting on meat, but once he gave the desert speech we didn't get anyone else coming around for meat. We did leave still hungry n a bit upset. Also it needs to be on the website in bold that yall are no longer splitting bills (thankfully manager fixed that being I wasn't ready to pay for 12 ppl n have split checks prior) just needs to be clearer

Our waiter was satisfactory. We had to get his attention twice: once to remove the dirty plates and again to ask for the dessert menu.

The experience has gone down tremendously since our last visit. The first thing we noticed.. they decided to squeeze in 5 more tables where the waiting area was. So if you happen to be seated there.. everyone waiting is going all around you to get to the bar or just standing over you. Everyone all standing right inside the doors. Once seated our server kept apologizing for our wait .. for everything. Our glasses were always empty. Our table full of empty plates and glasses I'd have to basically insist he take away. For the money paid.. it sucked.

Maybe it was an off night, but everything about it was terrible. Food quality was poor, bread was cold, service was slow, wasn't offered most of what is on the menu, the flank steak and sirloin were the only two meats offered, and we were only offered the dry well done ends

For this cost - I'd expect something more. Service was below average. Food was ok. Went the for my 16 year old birthday - 2 adults, 4 16 year old girls and $286 later - they do nothing for a persons birthday.

Absolutely fabulous! So much food and the quality was great. The atmosphere is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. We took our time and even had desserts. A great value especially at the Friday lunchtime.

All choices were delicious so you can't go wrong with any of the alternatives of dishes! Of course the variety of meats are outstanding with the Tri Tip Sirloin being so tender and flavorful last night.

The variety of meat options was much less that we had experienced before. In previous visits we were offered chicken and sausage, but none were offered to our table. The diminished variety made the experience less and I feel that the offering for the price was less than expected. In addition, the attention to our table by our waiter was less than average.

Our waiter, Big Andrew, was superb! He was very kind and attentive! I hope I can have him as my waiter when I go back.

Paula was our server, she was very attentive. The restaurant was really busy, service was slow. The food was very good, and the restaurant was clean as usual. James has done a great job with the restaurant. It has come a long way from where it was.

We booked a reservation so we got in pretty quickly sat down at the table and 1 of the placement cards to alert servicemen with the meat was wet and torn. The waitress who came to explain the process was speaking so low only 1 of us “my partner” could here her I asked her to repeat the process and she did so with an attitude I requested a glass of Chardonnay and the drink menu and she did bring the drink menu back and sat it across the table in an empty chair. We were there about 45 minutes to an hour the sirloin was tough and brunt, we requested medium for our filet mignon and it was blue rare, the meats were unseasoned except when wrapped in bacon then they were only bacon flavored the side were cold it was a big disappointment then I re-asked for the glass of Chardonnay and in about 10 more minutes she brought over a glass of Cabernet and attempted to hand it to my partner I reminded her I wanted a glass of Chardonnay and the check she returned with the check and I never got the wine. 0/10 I do not recommend atmosphere chaotic but the restaurant did appear to be high-end to the eyes which is why I gave that portion a 3 Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5

This was my first time dining out for Christmas and I had no idea so many people ate out. This was also my first time at Texas de Brazil and it was absolutely delicious! The restaurant was crowded and the selection of meats weren't circulating enough but I can expect this on Christmas Day with a crowded restaurant. With that being said, I have to send all those workers a shout out!! I know they did their very best and my experience was a good one!! Everyone at my table had a great time!!
