After checking in online and waiting about 45 minutes for a text. I check in with host as instructed only to wait another 1 hour. When I noticed the wait was to long I went to the manager and she replied we’re working on it awaiting a table that will accommodate 5 people. I waited a bit longer and noticed a party of 6 came in after me not one but two and we’re seated. I went to host again for the third time while he was trying to see what the issue was the same manager comes up that said previously they were awaiting a table interrupts. I decided to grab my family and leave after the lack of customer service and unwillingness to resolve the issue. I am highly dissatisfied with yesterday’s service!

Hubby and I had a great time. He got the chicken and ribs with a salad and chili. I got the steak medallions. I get this because it's 9 ounces and is the same quality as a 6 ounce filet. Also had a salad and a cup of chili.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We made a reservation for eight people, expecting a smooth dining experience. Instead, we were completely forgotten and left waiting for over an hour—1 hour and 10 minutes, to be exact!
The manager was completely incompetent and made no effort to accommodate us. No updates, no apologies, nothing! Just empty promises that our table would be “ready soon.” Meanwhile, other groups (who arrived long after us) were seated while we stood there like we didn’t exist.
After wasting our time and patience, we left without eating. This place clearly doesn’t respect reservations or customers. If you’re looking for frustration, this is the perfect spot. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually knows how to run a restaurant.

When we finally spoke up, instead of an apology, she just said, 'You can leave if you don't want to wait.' Honestly, I expected much better from a place with such a good reputation, it was really disappointing to be treated that way.

I'll start off by saying the bread was delicious. Hot n fresh, but my salmon was dry and salty on the surface and bland throughout the inside. The ceaser salad was good. My husband had a porterhouse that was tuff and dry and the sides were bland as well. We were a little disappointed tonight. The place was packed and had a 2hr wait. So I ordered to go. It was not what I expected from you guys. If could do it all over I would've just ordered a salad with some rolls.
The server was nice but seemed like if we asked for more beverages it was a bother. The food came out pretty quick but some of the steaks and sides had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp too long.

So it was Valentine’s Day yesterday. I placed an order to go for my family. Despite it being 9pm on Valentines Day; the service was top tier. But wait!!! Not only was my ~$72 order beyond correct. The steaks were cooked TO PERFECTION.

The host had a terrible attitude when we arrived. She didn’t greet us, was dismissive, and acted as if we were an inconvenience. Throughout our stay, she was rude and unhelpful, making the experience uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place based on her behavior alone.
