The young lady taking our order was very nice and polite. The wait was long and extremely hot. For a Business with that much heat in the lobby, water should have been offered.

Shout Out to Chef Sky! Today was our first experience with the Bayou Affect! Everyone thought the food was great and will order again. Upon the arrival of the food, an order was left off. Chef Sky came back to replace the order herself, in addition to bringing extra items as a means of compensation. Coming from a 14 year experience in the restuarant business myself; I thought this was superb service! Hats off to The Bayou Affect!
