Ok! I finished my 3-day juice cleanse (level 4, least amount of sugary juices bc I’m insulin resistant). I loved it! This isn’t my first rodeo, but it was definitely so much easier to have someone else make the juices and package them for you. I started Tuesday at 134 lbs and 30% body fat and this morning I’m 131 lbs and 29% body fat. Wow water weight! I needed this boost to get me going again. My only suggestion to the Big Squeezy is to switch to glass versus plastic bottles...read full review
