After waiting for almost an hour to get my order (granted, it was a large-ish order of 36 pieces), I went to the window and was told that they gave it to someone else. The chicken is supposed to be made to order, but when they replaced it, it was cold and very overcooked. They obviously don't get inspections, because no one in the the kitchen was wearing anything that even remotely resembled ppe (hair nets, gloves, aprons) and the walls where the food is prepped and cooked looks like it's 1 grease flame up away from burning the building down. Needless to say that the only reason that they have any business at all is because they have the cheapest chicken in town, so if you're on a tight budget or have a lot of people to feed, it will serve the purpose. But for about the same wait time, if you can afford the price difference Popeyes is a far better option.

I would have given them a 0 but there wasnt a star for it. They should remove fish an shrimp from there menu. The food was old the shrimp were dried out the fish was hard and all of it including the fries was cold.Not to mention I waited 10 minutes to receive cold food. The order was so bad I had to go in to ask for fresh food. After 40 minutes I recieved another plate of cold fries old shrimp and hot fish.The shrimp was so salty I nearly lost sight trying to eat it. I would say going to Burbank store has been the worst food experience Ive had all year.

Chicken not as big as it used to be.They try to save money by buying smaller pieces of chicken. You can tell the Vegetable oil is getting old. Was a lot better When they just had one store. I don't know if the lady at the cash register was having a bad day or what?But she had a serious attitude.
