They seem really short staffed. Food was average, but the boudin egg rolls were 10/10. Very loud inside. Waiter was doing the best he could.

The Brakes Bar is a truly exceptional place. Drinks and atmosphere unlike anywhere in Baton Rouge. The place can get packed at times, but that’s apart of it. Bring ya boo thang with you if you need a great impression spot. Very niche. Very kewl.

These thoughtful touches make each visit feel like a special occasion. And get this—live music is a regular occurrence every Thursday and Sunday from 5 to 7 PM. It’s the perfect ambiance to sip on a delicious drink and catch up with friends.

We enjoyed our smash burgers and buffalo chicken sandwich. The onion rings were delicious! Also loved the artichoke dip with fried cracklings.

austin was a delight! he was very professional as well as helpful and efficient with everything we wanted. the gentleman with the red hair that seated us was also very pleasant in greeting us. the staff is always so kind and the food is ALWAYS bangin. i dream about the sweet croffle and i hope that everyone on team spoke & hub has a great day every day

Allen is a phenom! His cocktails are top-drawer. An ode to artists everywhere. An ABSOLUTE MUST SEE when in Baton Rouge. Sadly, he is not open on Tuesdays.

The bacon, lettuce and fried green tomato sandwich was outstanding as were the onion rings. Overall a very enjoyable experience! I recommend making a reservation as they were very busy.
