There is a selfish part of me that wants to give a 1 star. I don't want anyone else knowing about this hidden gem of a sophisticated cocktail bar. The drinks were amazing and top notch. The craft applied is by far the best in town. No other places I know of brews tea for a drink, reduces pineapple, and many other micro touches to make a drink. The bar tenders know their craft, they aren't simply following pre-done recipes. They can make you a drink off your request. I would only make two requests to the business, you could turn the lights up a little bit. I leave with the feeling of the strip club scene from Varsity Blues when they hit the daylight. Also, please plan for when this place blows up. I keep hoping BR can finally support a unique, high quality, and niche place like this. Tell the William H. Macy look-a-like to keep on. He was great.

One of BRs hidden gems. The chill atmosphere is almost as awesome as the mixed drinks.

A sweet hidden treasure in Mid-City! It's a perfect respite from traffic on my way from work Downtown to my home out in Sherwood Forest. Live local music and creative delicious cocktails are a given. The proprietor, and master mixologist, Alan is gracious and charming. He always has a suggestion for something new and tasty to drink. I recommend it to those seeking something eclectic and a notch above the typical Mid-City experience.

My husband and I wanted to get out on a Thursday night and we discovered this place. We got the Mail Tai and it was yummy! The live music was great and ambiance was nice.

Sunday evening July 2023, read the reviews and tried it out. Allen did not disappoint. The plum cucumber martini and old fashion were terrific, atmosphere was unique eclectic. We’ll definitely be back.

Located on the east side of Spoke & Hub restaurant. Amazing atmosphere, playlists, hospitality and, above all, craft cocktails. Describe what you like/dislike in a cocktail and let Alan & his colleagues suggest new cocktails. You will not be disappointed. Highly Recommended.

Elaborate elixirs. Not your average bar. Nice acoustic live tunes. A whole eclectic experience!
