Our church men’s group went bowling last Saturday. I haven’t been in All Star Lanes in years. I was so pleased to see just how nice the inside looked. It was well kept and very clean. A lot of updates have been made since I was last there. I’m proud that BR still has such a nice place to go bowling, I only gave it 4 stars basically because it still is an old building and the area isn’t the best in town. But I’d go back, even though I don’t bowl!

Was a little hesitant to take my twin three year old boys to bowl for their first time on a Friday night but was pleasantly surprised with the experience.
The staff was friendly and the environment was clean, great and family friendly. We got two lanes around 7:30 PM and one of the workers (Malachi) was extremely attentive off the jump. He grabbed a few balls that would work for the kids and the little ramp for extra assistance. The entire night he was extremely patient, friendly, kind and helpful. It’s not often you find a young employee who genuinely appears that they love their job and go out of their way to make the experience the best it can be for the customer. I cannot say enough good things about his customer service and awesome attitude. My kids had an absolute blast and he made sure of it. We will not hesitate to come back. Everyone else was helpful as well but he definitely stood out.

It is a very nice, clean bowling alley! Staff was quick to respond to any lane break down for us out of state bowlers coming in to bowl for bowlers journal and to practice. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Nice to have a chance to practice on the tournament pattern. However, All Star is about 9 miles from the main event at River Center. So need a taxi or car to get there and back.
The carpet could use a thorough vacuuming. Noticed miscellaneous bits sticking to bottom of bowling shoes.
Staff was very helpful and friendly which helped make the session enjoyable.
Would have been nice if the pro shop was open while practice sessions were held to get adhoc supplies if needed, e.g. tape or even bowling shoes/ shoe laces.
Food was excellent...atmosphere is warm. Very well run tournament. Squads were on time and temperatures were very well maintained.

They gave us a lane with issues and wasted some time which they gave back to us. Then they proceeded to move new people into that lane instead of closing it.
