I went around 12:45 pm on a Friday and it was fairly busy, but I did not have to wait long! I'm glad there were three people working the salad bar. I wish the shrimp were bigger and the value for the salad was a bit better for the signature salads, but I'm glad I tried it for the first time and building your own looks good! They are well packaged and made me full. The employees are wearing masks still, which I appreciate.

The Green House Salad is a quick, affordable place to get a fantastic salad. The ingredients taste fresh and the staff is very friendly. Their salads are quite big, especially for the price. They have a vast selection of toppings available so you definitely won't be disappointed!

Came here for my 30 min lunch. Quick and polite service. Decent sized salad for 10$. Ingredients tasted and felt fresh. Nice selection of ingredients and interesting selection of signature salads. Definitely my preferred place for a refreshing lunch.
If you are looking for a lunch salad, that is fresh and quick, look no further. I got mine togo.I got the cajun cobb salad with no egg, at my request. I got the cajun dressing which is like a reddish light ranch. The dressing was slightly sweet, and the plethora of (boiled?) shrimp had a nice lightly spicy (red peppery) back note. There was bacon, bell pepper, and fried onion stings also chopped in there, that gave it a crunchy texture.I wanted mine chopped, but you don't have to get it that way. The chopped style evenly spreads the dressing and makes it easier for me to eat with a plastic fork. Have it your way. Popped into the Green Salad Co. because I wanted lunch, but I didn’t want anything too heavy or greasy. This place was really nice. Very clean and straight forward. It is set up like a Subway but for salads. The salad was really good! I am always on the hunt for a spring mix salad (I hate iceberg lettuce), so this place was just right for me! I will definitely be back!
