We got the jambalaya to serve to an out-state guest. It was embarrassing. Rice, chicken, and a few bits of boudin with far too much pepper. No onions, celery and bell pepper. Meat had not been browned. Rice was still white, not that rich brown I expected. It tasted like it was cooked with water, not stock.

The pastalaya had no flavor of jambalaya. No taste other than the chicken and sausage. They must be skimping on products...

We ordered from here the last time we were in Baton Rouge. Despite throwing the jambalaya away after a few bites, my husband insisted on ordering from here again. He enjoyed the gumbo, and crawfish boudin, which is the only reason for the two stars. We did order within an hour of closing time last time, that may have been the cause for some of my issues with the jambalaya. I thought I would give the jambalaya another try. In my opinion, it's not true jambalaya. It tasted more like day old, dry chicken and rice, with a little sausage thrown in.

got a chicken and sausage jambalaya I see so little meats in it. A lot of rice. Coleslaw wasn't really good.

Great value for money and the food is always tasty. Gumbo is better than you would expect!

Quick spot to run in for a decent meal if you do not want fast food. The service was fast and good and the food was to my liking. Ate it all the way back to texas I had the jambalaya with white beans and a order of crawfish meat pies. Don't hesitate to stop go in and give it a try.

We catered a large order for a Christmas Party and it was a hit! The food is way better than most of the other locations and packaged so well! You can definitely tell they put thought and care into their food. Thanks again for another great experience!

Only giving this two stars because the person working the counter was friendly. The chicken and sausage gumbo was scorched and I will not return.
