Not a “bad” overall experience, but could have been better. We made reservations for our 35th anniversary. It was a relatively slow night so we were surprised by the unavailability of our server. She would disappear for long periods while we waited just to give our order. The seafood mushrooms were good. But the bread came out cold and was sitting in about a quarter inch of oil. My wife's veal parm OK. My lobster, shrimp cream pasta tasted good. But only had tiny bits of lobster and 3 shrimp in total. When our entrees were served, we didn't see our server to order wine until end of meal. So we just stuck with our water. Finally, no mention of our Anniversary, which we flagged in the Open Table booking.

Always a great experience at The Little Village. The Bread !!!! You have to at least order a half loaf, you will wish you ordered the entire kitchen of bread. We stuck with choosing three different appetizers to experience the different taste and we were very happy with all of our choices. You just cant go wrong at The Little Village

I've been many times. This time (like all the others) the old fashioned from the bar was great. I got a chicken Alfredo though and it was not good, the sauce tasted prepackaged and it did not have a good flavor. I would order something else. Wait staff and bar are great.

Usually a great ateak but tonight it was absolutely the worst steak I have ever had. Great disappointment. Petite filet was strong, tough and had a huge gristle down the middle. Ripoff.

Great food and great service by our waiter, Josh. It was my wife's birthday, and they really did an excellent job.

We started with a pleasant greeting and promptly taken to our table by the window Classic old music was as soothing on the walk up as it was at the table. It really set the Italian comfortable vibe. Drink order was quick and the drinks were great. Ladies had a lemon drop and my son and I each got the bullet Bourbon sours. Excellent! The bread was perfect with the oil and tompanade that was brought with. Salads were simple and not over done which was nice. Then the main course. Well the side were as good as the rainbow trout. One of us had spaghetti and meatballs and the portion size didn't disappoint. Glad we saved some bread for that! Deserts were simple, we went with the chocolate mousse with frangellica which was not over done but was just light and delicious! Love the place. We can't wait to go back. 4 peolpe; maybe 6 cocktails among us; salads and 4 entrees was 250.00 plus tip (so 300.00) Very nice evening out.

Service was good. Food was lukewarm and not hot and fresh tasting. Appetizer beef manicotti was just ok. Maybe if it had been hot it would have been better. Did not care for red sauce on pasta.

Food and service was great, a little on the expensive but it was worth it. Drinks were great too!

I’ve eaten a little village several times and always had great experiences. The waiter was extra attentive this evening. We ordered the toasted ravioli and the order came out burnt. The waiter saw it and said that’s not right and brought it back to get us another order, a toaster ravioli. We did have a little longer wait for our food than normal, but overall a great experience.

My husband chose lunch at Little Village on Airline to celebrate his birthday. He wanted the Daily Lunch Special. We made a reservation for 12:15 and arrived on time. When we were seated, the waiter came in an appropriate time length. We were ready to order since we already knew what the special for the day was. We were told that they were out of the special. That was it. After expressing disappointment in that, the waiter offered no “back up” or accommodations. Which was still not a deal breaker. We were a little understanding even though we didn’t understand how that happens so early in the lunch timeframe. He even said that it was a popular lunch day each week. We felt that they should plan better. He gave us time to look at the menu. We decided on another option from the lunch menu as the prices were comparable (everything else is overpriced). The other lunch entrees did not come with a salad or ice cream like the daily lunch special. We asked if our new item could include the same side salad as the daily special. Our waiter said, “it’s not likely but I’ll go ask.” He came back and said no. We were disappointed in this. It would have been such a simple thing to do to make us happy after we were unable to get what we came for. Our food did not taste good. Our waiter barely checked on us after we asked about the salad. No manager ever came to our table. We doubted that our waiter even asked about the salad. We didn’t ask to see a manager but our waiter knew we were unhappy. It was not a pleasant experience.
