In all my 21 years of living in Louisiana I have never had a snowball as dry as the one they gave me. Barely can taste the flavors. Also my nachos are soggy as crap and they were just made which I’m so confused on. Overall the long wait + horrible food = a very unsatisfied customer experience for me. Please do better!

I typically pass them up due to long lines and small parking lot but today I passed by and the line wasn’t terribly long so I gave it a try. There was like 4 people in front of me but they took forever to take peoples orders. I’d say it probably took 20 minutes to take my order and maybe another 10-15 to receive it. (Whoever was taking the order kept walking off, switching people, etc) Snowball had plenty of juice but didn’t have a full cone on top, barely went above cup at all.(Was a flat top when flattened out, which kind of makes me feel cheated.) Ice was decent but not the softest. Overall, ok but wont be first choice.

I’ve come twice. Both times 30 minute wait for only a medium grape sno cone. There were 4 sno cones no food ahead of me. They then allowed their friends who walked right up and served their group my sno cone immediately. The worker said they took my sno cone. Yea right. Unprofessional. Poor service.

I went there twice, first time, the order was correct but it is sooo hot- no type of shade especially when it takes at least 15-20 to place your order with only a few people in line. I’m 8 months pregnant and had my 2 boys, service has to get better. Second and last time, the wait was long- and I had my husband stand out to order. Our order was completely wrong. He said when he ordered, the music was so loud and the lady kept walking away while he was placing his order, saying,” I can hear you!” That was not true. We orders 2 cheese hot dogs and nachos with only cheese and jalapeño. Everything had chili on it and the chili WAS SWEET- no flavor. I have never had sweet chili before, I didn’t even order chili. She clearly did not hear the order correctly and ruined our little outing.The cheese was barely warm, the hot dogs bread was still and not fresh. We were disappointed. Back to our other snoball spot.

The wait was long (30 mins) the chili was sweet and they put mini cheesecakes on my snoball. Cheesecake bites and mini cheesecakes are not the same thing.
No sugar-free options. Had to drive away after driving all the way there.

This place is great. Snowballs are so soft and juicy, they give you so much juice (which a lot of people love) I ask for light juice. All of the food tastes so good and they are not stingy on nothing (juice, cheese, chilli, etc.)

I recently tried the new crawfish nachos and they were hands down the best I’ve ever had! Perfectly seasoned, cheesy, and full of flavor. The snoballs are to die for. The ice is incredibly soft, and the flavors are everything. The hot sausage with chili and cheese is a beast, and that homemade chili takes it to the next level. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was everything! The owner has such a warm and welcoming spirit. It truly makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
