In all my 21 years of living in Louisiana I have never had a snowball as dry as the one they gave me. Barely can taste the flavors. Also my nachos are soggy as crap and they were just made which I’m so confused on. Overall the long wait + horrible food = a very unsatisfied customer experience for me. Please do better!

I typically pass them up due to long lines and small parking lot but today I passed by and the line wasn’t terribly long so I gave it a try. There was like 4 people in front of me but they took forever to take peoples orders. I’d say it probably took 20 minutes to take my order and maybe another 10-15 to receive it. (Whoever was taking the order kept walking off, switching people, etc)
Snowball had plenty of juice but didn’t have a full cone on top, barely went...

love this place, the ice is sooo very soft and the customer service… 10/10 dyhm the best customer service ever they also have milkshakes food items & much more the hot sausage is also really great…they do have music & play a bit of every genre!!!
