Horrible, my family and I was totally disappointed with the quality of service & food we received on today. Not to mention how the place look on the inside, broken Daiquiri machine,etc. We try to support our black owned businesses, but we have got to get it together so that we won't mind patronizing our black owned businesses!!!

First, it says you are limited to a 45min time limit. Second it was a 15% automatic gratuity but the menu said 20%. Which is it? OK Inflation and all. You pay the bill upfront on a tablet, you cant see what they are ringing up. I think the waitress added another tip at the end. My fault didnt catch it. No receipt was given. So for 5 people bill came out to $280. Didnt add up for what we got. Third we get there on a Sat night before 6 no crayfish. Fourth drinks took forever. And the soda&water was off. Waitress mostly non-existent. Didnt ask us or even filled refills. 45min time limit dwindling. Fifth music was too loud, good but had to scream to our table mates so they could hear us. Sixth food was eh, no better than any other quick boil place. Jumbo shrimp was good, half the plate was potato, sausage undercooked, eggs overcooked. We definitely left food. No crab utensils, waitress Said people keep stealing them. So only had a plastic fork to try and open them. Definitely won't be back. Better seafood places out there. Waitress went in the back and didn't come back out, so we just left. Guess our 45mins were up.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly in my opinion. Music way to loud.

I was disappointed in this spot- 15-20% gratuity (the walls said 15% and the menu say 20%)- multiple orders were missing food-service SUCKED- No wipes, no seafood crackers or bibs/aprons- No refills or attention from waitress AT ALL after food has been provided.- the waitress told us “I just work here” after we complained about the HORRIBLE service-No soap in the restroom or toilet paper-The lady that greeted us at the door was extremely nice and she convinced us to stay after we tried leaving prior to placing our order. She tried her best to make our experience great but unfortunately this place is just not it, if you are used to quality food and quality service.-They are overpriced for the quality of service and food you receive. They appear to be understaffed and overworked yet greedy in demanding gratuity on EXTREMELY poor service no matter the party size or if order is placed online lol-The music was bomb and the DJ did his thing but that’s about it on the pros.

When I first came the workers were outside smoking marijuana , the HostWas on her phone and no one came to serve us until about 30 minutes all of the drinks were nasty ? the food was goodDessert, horrible in an entire too long to get our food, no one is there all of the workers was outside then the host was walking around with a blue blanketCredit card machine not working only exact cash shrimp taste like fish they also needs to change they grease guys I definitely don’t recommend

First let me say I waited 1hour and a half for my food. I ordered drinks it took 30 minutes to get it. This was my first time coming here, and I won’t be coming back again. Hurry hurry service. I can see if the place was full, it didn’t even have anybody in here. I wouldn’t tell nobody to come to this place.

The chick with red hair needs to be fired. Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited two hours just to be told they are out of what we ordered. Nobody in the restaurant was eating. Please don’t go here.

So, I'm here now and received raw rice...not once, but twice and my fish was cooked in burnt grease. First thing they Holla is we can't do refunds. I didn't ask for money back, I asked for cooked rice. See why the parking lot be empty.
