Fabulous food!! The street tacos were phenomenal!!!Great atmosphere!! And a wonderful waitress!! I would highly recommend this restaurant.
LOVE THE FOOD!! We order from here often and my staff love it!!
We tried this new place the other day and it was delicious!! The Al Pastor Bao Tacos had a yummy Korean BBQ flavoring , picked cabbage, onion, and cilantro. The salsa verde sauce was very spicy!! The bao bun was sweet and perfected complimented the pork!! The steak fajitas we well seasoned and so tender!!! The homemade flour tortillas were great!! The salsa was slightly smoky and sweet!!! Our service was great! Our service was attentive, but not intrusive. One of the owners stopped by our table and explained how they got started and explained some different menu items! We’ll definitely be back!!!

My fiancé and I had an incredible dining experience at this Tex-Mex restaurant in Baton Rouge! We started with their queso as an appetizer, and it was absolutely bomb. The queso with beef had a rich flavor that set the tone for the rest of the meal.
For our entrées, we explored different parts of the menu and were not disappointed. The tuna tostada from the Asian fusion section was a standout, featuring fresh tuna and a unique blend of flavors. The beef fajitas were equally impressive, with top-quality, tender beef that was perfectly seasoned.
Throughout the night, our waitress Lucy provided top-notch service. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, gave us excellent recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Might I add, the flour tortillas were fresh and soft.
If you're looking for a spot in Baton Rouge that combines bold flavors and exceptional service, this place is a must-try!

The Patio Restaurant in Baton Rouge is a fantastic spot for fresh, flavorful Mexican fare in a cozy, vibrant atmosphere. We started with the Elote, a perfect blend of creamy and tangy flavors with mayo, queso fresco, paprika, and lime. The Ceviche, featuring mahi-mahi and shrimp with avocado and lime, was refreshingly light with a hint of spice. The Southwest Eggrolls were crispy, filled with chicken, pepper jack, and jalapenos, paired with a creamy guacamole sauce, while the Loaded Shrimp with bacon, cheese, and pico de gallo added a smoky richness. Their lunch specials, like the Two Tamales and One Enchilada or the Chimichangas, are satisfying and well-priced. With its friendly staff, inviting setting, and wide variety of delicious options, The Patio has quickly become a go-to for casual, delicious dining.

The patio sampler- the egg rolls were all dough. The dough was too thick and undercooked. The chicken quesadilla- the chicken had a good flavor, but the tortilla was too thick and almost raw. The chicken nachos - the chicken had a nice flavor, again the tortilla chip was soggy. The salsa had a great flavor. I ordered the purple people eater drink. And it tasted like cough syrup, but without the alcohol backup. And bad artificially flavored grape at that. No where in the description did it say grape. It was blue cacao which is a citrus flavor with sweet and sour and cranberry, how does that turn into artificial grape? The steak burrito tasted as if it had been soaked in liquid smoke. Needless to say we won’t be back!

I had no issue with the food until I found small strands of blonde hair in my salsa from my order on yesterday. Disgusting and completely unsanitary. I will NOT be ordering from here again.
Note to the Owner in response to my review: Clearly you all do have someone on your staff with blonde/silver hair and CLEARLY they are not wearing any hairnets on their heads if hair is ending up DEEP within a container of salsa. Very disgusting, filthy, nasty and unsanitary business practices.

Food is overpriced and not that great. Margs start at $16. They won't seat you if you have kids because they say their booths can't accommodate high chairs.

Since The Patio opened we have been here probably 10 times. The food is excellent and always out promptly and the atmosphere is great. The best part is the service. Lucy is so personable and knows her menu well. After only one trip where she took care of us she remembered our names and knew what we drank. She totally enhances the experience. Keep up the good work!
